Hello! I’m not pregnant (yet) but my husband and I have decided that if/when we have a girl we’d like to name her Audrey after my grandmother. We can’t seem to agree on a middle name at all though. Looking for just one middle name, last name is similar to Harrison. Some suggestions I have made that either I’m not in love with or my husband has completely vetoed:
Audrey Blair
Audrey Blythe
Audrey Jane
Audrey Jean
Audrey Maeve
Audrey Wren
(I realize these are all one syllable middle names but we are not at all married to that - it just happens that all of the ideas we’ve had have been one syllable)
[name_f]Audrey[/name_f] is one of my favourite names as well. It’s a lovely, glamorous vintage name. Of your options I like [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] [name_f]Maeve[/name_f], [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f], [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] [name_f]Jean[/name_f] and [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] [name_f]Wren[/name_f]. [name_f][/name_f]Other ideas
[name_f]Audrey[/name_f] is gorgeous! Such a lovely name with this old school Hollywood glamour feel.
[name_f][/name_f]
Looking at your combinations I love [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] [name_f]Blair[/name_f], [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] [name_f]Blythe[/name_f], [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] & [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] [name_f]Wren[/name_f] they feel elegant, streamlined and romantic.
[name_f][/name_f]
You’ve had lots of lovely suggestions so count any repeats as me being in agreement with the berries
[name_f]Love[/name_f] [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] [name_f]Blair[/name_f] and [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] wren
[name_f][/name_f]
I thought of [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] [name_f]Madison[/name_f] and [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] azalea as a potential idea for us but hubs isn’t a fan of [name_f]Audrey[/name_f]
It’s my favourite too! [name_f]My[/name_f] husband can’t get over the [name_f]Blair[/name_f] Witch Project association, even though I don’t know if her generation will ever even see it! I think [name_f]Blair[/name_f] Waldorf is a bigger association but he has never seen Gossip [name_f]Girl[/name_f]
(if this makes you feel any better I don’t know anything about the [name_f]Blair[/name_f] Witch Project beyond the name, I definitely don’t associate the name [name_f]Blair[/name_f] with it, and I don’t watch Gossip [name_f]Girl[/name_f] either but I immediately associate the name [name_f]Blair[/name_f] with [name_f]Blair[/name_f] Waldorf)
I adore [name_f]Audrey[/name_f]! [name_f][/name_f] [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] Jane/Blythe/Maeve/Wren are my favorites of these. [name_f][/name_f] What about:
I like the way another vowel name sounds with [name_f]Audrey[/name_f]. [name_f][/name_f] I also prefer the sound and cadence of a three or four syllable middle name. [name_f][/name_f] Here are some suggestions: [name_f][/name_f]Audr3y…… [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Annelie[/name_f] H@rrison [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Anneliese[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Annora[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Isabel[/name_f], [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Eugenia[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Eliza[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Olivia[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Eleanor[/name_f], [name_f]Eleanora[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Althea[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Athena[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Aurelia[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Arianna[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Eliana[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Oriana[/name_f]
I think that one syllable sounds nice but I tried to include some two syllable ideas. [name_f][/name_f]Personally I love [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] [name_f]Quinn[/name_f] + [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] [name_f]Clara[/name_f] the best!
