Middle name for Bea

I have been loving [name_f]Bea[/name_f] just [name_f]Bea[/name_f]. DH says no way to [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] /trix. My grandmother who had passed and I was very close with was [name_f]Bertha[/name_f]. I would love to name my [name_u]Baby[/name_u] girl [name_f]Bertha[/name_f] but DH won’t let me and I think [name_f]Bea[/name_f] might make her hate me less …plus I love it! Can it be used for a first name by its self? If so what middle name would go with [name_f]Bea[/name_f]?

I like [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] and [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f], but I think that [name_f]Bea[/name_f] works fine as a full name as well!

I like [name_f]Bea[/name_f] as a first name although I think there would be some confusion with the pronunciation with the successive vowels: “bee-ah” or “bay-ah” or just “bee”. [name_f]Bea[/name_f] [name_f]Mathilde[/name_f] is a stunning combo!

One other idea to put out there is the [name_m]French[/name_m] version, [name_f]Berthe[/name_f], which sounds lovely with a [name_m]French[/name_m] accent. [name_f]Berit[/name_f] is another international name with a similar feel.

Have you thought of the name [name_f]Bernice[/name_f] with the nn [name_f]Bea[/name_f]? That was actually my grandma’s name and nn.
