I am trying to come up with middle names that go with [name]Casper[/name]. My main concern, beyond just wanting to like the MN name, is that A. it be stylish (it need not be super popular, but idealy it would be on the cutting edge of name fashion) and B. The name flow well as a whole (The Last Name will be English, and have two syllables, it sounds a lot like “Churches”). It would be nice if the middle name had a vintage feel like [name]Casper[/name] and/or was was a word or nature name.
Here is what I have come up with so far:
[name]Casper[/name] [name]Emmett[/name]
[name]Casper[/name] [name]Edward[/name]/[name]Edmund[/name]
[name]Casper[/name] [name]Jude[/name]
[name]Casper[/name] [name]Xavier[/name] - [name]Adore[/name] the X. Not sure about the repeating -er ending.
[name]Casper[/name] [name]August[/name]
[name]Casper[/name] [name]Carson[/name]
[name]Casper[/name] [name]Felix[/name]
I would love opinions on these and suggestions for others!
[name]Hi[/name] =
I really love the name [name]Casper[/name]- it’s one of my top favs- so I’ve thought about middles for it for a while…
and I think it sounds great with all your middle name options. I am from the US, so I do not know what sounds more fashionable in [name]England[/name] but I will try…
[name]Casper[/name] [name]Martin[/name] (This is one I picked out a long time ago)
[name]Casper[/name] [name]Ivo[/name] (maybe good with two middle names)
[name]Casper[/name] [name]Ludovic[/name]
[name]Casper[/name] [name]Nikolai[/name]
[name]Casper[/name] [name]Pete[/name] (or [name]Piet[/name]) same pronunciation
[name]Casper[/name] [name]Ilan[/name]
[name]Casper[/name] [name]Frederick[/name]
[name]Casper[/name] [name]Lazar[/name] (emphasis on the -zar)
[name]Casper[/name] [name]Malcolm[/name] (kind of a mouthful a little bit)
[name]Casper[/name] [name]Alistair[/name]
[name]Casper[/name] [name]Alec[/name]
[name]Casper[/name] [name]Dimitri[/name]
[name]Casper[/name] [name]Mingus[/name]
[name]Casper[/name] [name]Laird[/name]
[name]Casper[/name] [name]Patrick[/name] (i like staccato sounding names…they are lively)
[name]Casper[/name] [name]Meredith[/name] (is this also a male name in the UK? - sometimes it is in the US)
I threw in many styles - let me know which ones you like the best- and I can try to come up with more in that style if you like - !
[name]Casper[/name] [name]Jude[/name] stood out to me. I’m not sure how I feel about fn, mn, and ln having 2 syllables. It seems like either a 1 or 3 syllable mn has a better flow, but that’s just me. Beyond that I just really like how [name]Casper[/name] [name]Jude[/name] sounds.
I am from the US, [name]Just[/name] my last name is English and quite sounds it and much of my husband’s ancestry and mine as well is from [name]England[/name]. I do like the idea of a British sounding name to match with our surname and honor our ancestry, so I am liking the suggestions so far. I am not ready to pick any top contenders just yet, looking forward to more suggestions
We had [name]Caspar[/name] [name]Peregrine[/name] as our boy name but we had a girl Naturey, different and 3 syllables to give it better rhythm (our surname is 2 syllables too)
Growing up, my brother always said he wanted to name his son [name]Caspar[/name] [name]Donovan[/name]. He has not had a son (yet?), and who knows if his taste has changed, but I still think of that pairing and really love it!
[name]Casper[/name] [name]Emmett[/name] – I like the name [name]Emmett[/name], but these two names seem totally different styles to me.
[name]Casper[/name] [name]Edward[/name]/[name]Edmund[/name] – I don’t like them together, although I adore [name]Edmund[/name].
[name]Casper[/name] [name]Jude[/name] – Really love this! [name]Jude[/name] needs to get more love. It’s such a great name.
[name]Casper[/name] [name]Xavier[/name] – [name]Don[/name]'t like them together at all.
[name]Casper[/name] [name]August[/name] – Hmm. When I first looked I didn’t like it, but I keep glancing back up at it. I like the name [name]August[/name], so think I could really get into this name!
[name]Casper[/name] [name]Carson[/name] – Too many C’s.
[name]Casper[/name] [name]Felix[/name] – [name]LOVE[/name]! I like [name]Jude[/name] better than [name]Felix[/name], but I just think this combo flows well and works great!
