I’m looking for middle name options for the first name [name_m]Cillian[/name_m].
What I love about [name_m]Cillian[/name_m] is: it’s connection to my Scottish/Irish roots, and how lyrical yet masculine it is. I know that some people would cringe at the fact that it is pronounced “kill-E-an,” but I think the ‘C’ at the beginning softens it.
I am not restricting my middle name search to just Scottish/Irish names- I would be fine with a name of any origin, so long as it flowed well.
I’d definitely like to avoid names that also have alliteration, because I think that would just be a little bit too much (i.e. [name_m]Cillian[/name_m] [name_m]Matthew[/name_m], [name_m]Cillian[/name_m] [name_m]Dashiell[/name_m], [name_m]Cillian[/name_m] [name_m]Forrest[/name_m], etc.). I would also like to avoid anything that also starts with a ‘C’, or a ‘K.’
Some ideas I have so far,
[name_m]Cillian[/name_m] [name_u]Jude[/name_u]
[name_m]Cillian[/name_m] [name_u]Rhys[/name_u]
[name_m]Cillian[/name_m] [name_u]Eliot[/name_u]
[name_m]Cillian[/name_m] [name_u]Noel[/name_u]
I love [name_m]Cillian[/name_m]! [name_f]My[/name_f] nephew is Cilli@n P@trick. And the ‘C’ makes it look so much nicer than Killlian. I love love love [name_m]Cillian[/name_m] [name_u]Jude[/name_u] from your list. [name_m]Cillian[/name_m] [name_u]Eliot[/name_u] is good too & [name_m]Cillian[/name_m] [name_u]Rhys[/name_u]. [name_u]Noel[/name_u] is a great name, but the ‘n’ at the end of [name_m]Cillian[/name_m] runs into it.
Please forgive me, [name_f]English[/name_f] is not my first language! I suppose I meant, names where there are consecutive repeating letters. So for [name_m]Cillian[/name_m] [name_m]Matthew[/name_m], each name has a double letter, ‘L’ for [name_m]Cillian[/name_m] and ‘T’ for [name_m]Matthew[/name_m]. I hope that makes sense!
