We are stuck on a middle name for [name_f]Clara[/name_f]. [name_f]Jane[/name_f] is a family middle name and [name_m]Crosby[/name_m] is a family last name. Our last name is pretty short and starts with S.
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] is sweet. I love three-syllable middle names for [name_f]Clara[/name_f], especially with a short last name.
[name_m]Crosby[/name_m] I find very masculine and very clashing with beautiful vintage [name_f]Clara[/name_f].
I had [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Juliette[/name_f] on my list for some time. Others I like are [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Violet[/name_f], [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] or [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Penelope[/name_f].
Maybe a form of [name_f]Jane[/name_f] would be an option? [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Johanna[/name_f] would be one idea.
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] is beautiful! [name_m]Both[/name_m] lovely vintage names, and I don’t think it’s boring. I definitely prefer it to [name_m]Crosby[/name_m].
I love [name_f]Clara[/name_f] by the way, I’ve got [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f], as part of a combo, and [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] (may be subject to change) as my full [name_f]Clara[/name_f] combo. I also like the sound of [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Elise[/name_f].
Could you use both? [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] [name_m]Crosby[/name_m] sounds like a nice combo to me. [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_m]Crosby[/name_m] together gets me a little tongue-tied.
I like [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] [name_m]Crosby[/name_m] or how about a mix of [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_m]Crane[/name_m]? Middles are so rarely used that meaning trumps flow anyways.
“[name_f]Jane[/name_f]” is my middle name (also a family name) and I dislike it–always have. [name_f]Jane[/name_f] always felt like the epitome of boring and bland to me. I couldn’t wait to ditch it when I got married. I would have much preferred [name_m]Crosby[/name_m]. Or something frilly like [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f], or romantic like [name_f]Lorelei[/name_f], or traditional like [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f], or bold like Talulah.
