Having trouble deciding on a middle name for Emmeline (pronounced Emmuh-leen). Which do you like better?

Or
Emmeline Maya
Both honour family members; Jane on my husband’s side and Maja on my side (although we would spell it Maya to avoid pronunciation issues because Emmeline will get enough!)

I think flow wise, I would go with [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f], [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] [name_f]Maya[/name_f], imo has too many Ms. And since [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] still technically honors your side as well, and [name_f]Jane[/name_f] would be honoring his, I think that’s a win-win situation.

I love [name_f]Maya[/name_f] so my vote goes to [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] [name_f]Maya[/name_f]. [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] is nice but perhaps a little more expected if you know what I mean? It’s a lovely option as well though.
I really like [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] [name_f]Maja[/name_f]! They’re unexpected together but to me they complement each other really nicely.

I don’t think people will think it’s a play on her birth month… they’d have to know her well enough to know her birthday and her middle name and further make that connection, so I’d say that’s unlikely. Both Jane and Maja are very pretty choices.
