I haven’t been able to settle on a middle name for our daughter with my husband and I want to hear your opinions on them.
[name_u]Harper[/name_u] [name_u]Delaney[/name_u]
[name_u]Harper[/name_u] [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f]
[name_u]Harper[/name_u] [name_f]Geneva[/name_f]
[name_u]Harper[/name_u] [name_f]Alessandra[/name_f]
If you have any other middle names that flow perfectly with ‘[name_u]Harper[/name_u]’ and don’t begin with an ‘R’, please let me know
I really love [name_u]Harper[/name_u] [name_u]Delaney[/name_u]! So pretty! My second fave is [name_u]Harper[/name_u] [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f]. I dont like the others as much.
It looks like [name_u]Delaney[/name_u] is the outlier in your style, so I would probably eliminate that one first. I tend to prefer a more feminine and traditional mn with a unisex first name.
All three of the others work well in my opinion and without knowing exactly what your criteria are, I think I like [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f] best. The [name_u]Harper[/name_u] [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f] combo reads very Southern to me and it flows nicely. I really like [name_u]Harper[/name_u] [name_f]Geneva[/name_f] as well.
I like [name_u]Harper[/name_u] [name_f]Alessandra[/name_f] best from your list.
I second the suggestions of [name_u]Quinn[/name_u], [name_f]Grace[/name_f], [name_f]Willow[/name_f], [name_f]Jessamine[/name_f], [name_f]Nicolette[/name_f] - I think these go very well.
[name_u]Harper[/name_u] [name_u]Delaney[/name_u] just doesn’t work for me. Sometimes you can get away with having two unisex names but this time it would be too difficult to tell whether the child’s a boy or girl simply by hearing their name.
[name_u]Harper[/name_u] [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f] is quite cool actually. I quite like it :).
[name_u]Harper[/name_u] [name_f]Geneva[/name_f] is pretty and unexpected. I think it is beautifully balanced as well.
[name_u]Harper[/name_u] [name_f]Alessandra[/name_f] is nice however I don’t know about the flow of these names. Maybe it’s the prominent ss.
So my favourite would be [name_u]Harper[/name_u] [name_f]Geneva[/name_f] followed by [name_u]Harper[/name_u] [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f] :).
[name_m]Just[/name_m] from reading the comments, I’ve seen [name_u]Harper[/name_u] [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] suggested a bit, but my thoughts go in the opposite direction. I would avoid using [name_u]Harper[/name_u] [name_u]Quinn[/name_u], because my instant thought is of [name_u]Harley[/name_u] [name_u]Quinn[/name_u], a very similar sounding name and probably not a character you’d want to be associated with, and I’m not even a fan of the franchise or anything like that.
Thanks everyone! There are so many good suggestions that it’s even harder to choose now. I’ve narrowed it down to [name_u]Harper[/name_u] [name_f]Geneva[/name_f], [name_u]Harper[/name_u] [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f], [name_u]Harper[/name_u] [name_f]Ceridwen[/name_f], [name_u]Harper[/name_u] [name_f]Valencia[/name_f], and [name_u]Harper[/name_u] [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f].
I like [name_u]Harper[/name_u] [name_u]Delaney[/name_u] most from your list. I also love the combination [name_u]Harper[/name_u] [name_f]Annabelle[/name_f].
