Looking for a good middle name for Ines! Big sister is Leni Bloom. I really like Ines Lee- together and separately, as I adore Ines and also have always had big love for Lee- but am wanting some input from others, as Ines Lee isssss a bit similar to the name Leni… even though when you say both full names they aren’t- Leni Bloom and Ines Lee. Either way, what is your fav combo from the list of middles below (we have particular taste so these are the names we like and would consider)
Ines….
Ines Lee
Ines Frances
Ines Lou
Ines Francine
Ines James
Ines Louise
Ines Adrianne/Adrian
[name_f]Ines[/name_f] seems like the perfect sister for [name_f]Leni[/name_f] Bloom🩷 Congrats & all the best to your family!
From your combos, I gravitate towards [name_f]Ines[/name_f] [name_u]Lou[/name_u]. It’s not the only catchy combo but I love this one. [name_f]My[/name_f] wild idea would be to call an [name_f]Ines[/name_f] “Nessa” and that is such a fun name with [name_u]Lou[/name_u] as a double barrel. Those are just my southern US instincts but nicknames come naturally if at all. [name_f]Ines[/name_f] is such a simply beautiful name!
I don’t think [name_f]Ines[/name_f] [name_u]Lee[/name_u] is too close, but if you’re already thinking that, it might continue to bother you.
[name_f]My[/name_f] runner-up is [name_f]Ines[/name_f] [name_f]Francine[/name_f]. This is a girl’s dream of a name, so princessy!
Really you can’t go wrong with your combos. [name_u]Happy[/name_u] naming😊
I actually really like that [name_f]Ines[/name_f] [name_u]Lee[/name_u] and [name_f]Leni[/name_f] [name_f]Bloom[/name_f] are kinda similar. So I vote for [name_f]Ines[/name_f] [name_u]Lee[/name_u]!

Um I could be wrong but pretty sure I put this on/back on your radar!
Love Inès!
I’m not sure about an L middle (Lee or Lou) - sounds a bit slurry after Inès - slee/ slou/slew. Funnily enough, Inès Lilou (a combo of both) flows better to me! I like really this! Inès Lou looks cool I just keep saying “sloo”.
(My phone is automatically putting on the accent on Inès and in different directions, btw)
Frances and James with the S at the end (being same as Inès) aren’t great to my ear (and Blake Lively has an Inez and James - not the main issue, it’s mostly the repeat S that’s tripping up the flow of the name). Ines James is a little easier to get to but not the best flow in my ear.
Inès Francine is very sophisticated and I would love to have had this name - but I do like the shorter sound of the others with Leni Bloom and it might be me but I’m finding the move from Inès to Fr of Francine (and Frances) a little clunky. Maybe I would go Inès Lee, but I don’t usually love Lee and it’s the “slee” thing. Lou is more chic to me.
Anyway, if I had to choose I would go Francine - it’s stunning!
How about:
Inès Joy
Inès Eve
Inès Fia
Inès Margot
Inès Plum
Inès Faye
Inès Piper
Inès Anna
Inés Kaia
Inés Esme (maybe too palindromic but it somehow flows in my ear)
Inès Alma
Inès Etta
Inès Belle
Inès Aliz
Ines Fleur
Inès Kai
Inès Bijou
Inès Josette
Ines Esti
Inès Claude/Claudie (very cool!)
Inès Ann
Inès Mary
Inès Ambrette
Inès Bay
Inès Abelle (maybe too like Isabelle but it works)
Ines Bea
Inès Ballou
Or longer:
Ines Elspeth
Ines Paloma
Inès Eloise
Inès Clothilde
Ines Dorothy
Ines Delphine
Ines Elora
I hope these assorted thoughts help and/or others give you some good advice!

Edit: just saw your other thread. I like Inès Francine or Francine Ines the best with your last name. Otherwise Inès Lou, Inès Lee, or Francine Lee! All great choices, truly!

[name_f]Ines[/name_f] [name_u]Lou[/name_u] has the same spark and spunk as [name_f]Leni[/name_f] [name_f]Bloom[/name_f], the same vibe as [name_f]Ines[/name_f] [name_u]Lee[/name_u] and is all round lovely!!
[name_f]Ines[/name_f] [name_f]Francine[/name_f] is wonderful too and would be my second choice

You DID give us Ines!! It was 100% your recommendation! We love it and such a gift/bonus that it’s Spanish.
[name_f]Ines[/name_f] [name_f]Francine[/name_f] is very sophisticated. It sounds great and definitely works, but something about it feels not as chic as I’d like.
I actually like [name_f]Ines[/name_f] [name_u]Louise[/name_u], instead of [name_u]Lou[/name_u], but my husband usually fights [name_u]Louise[/name_u].
I also wish my husband would go for [name_f]Paloma[/name_f], it’s such a goody.
Thanks for all your input and thoughts!!

Maybe you do have a winner then with [name_f]Ines[/name_f] [name_u]Lee[/name_u]? Your husband loves [name_u]Lee[/name_u] too from what I can tell, and it has the similar pattern as [name_f]Leni[/name_f] [name_f]Bloom[/name_f], while still being distinct. I think [name_u]Lee[/name_u] is slightly easier to say than [name_u]Lou[/name_u] with your last name (which I didn’t see till after my reply on this thread). I like [name_f]Faye[/name_f] too as far as the short, simple and chic names go but [name_u]Lee[/name_u] is probably again an easier to your last name? [name_f]Aliz[/name_f] is a wildcard fave of mine with ines. Anyway, will be great to see what you choose in the end! [name_f]Remember[/name_f] there are probably 2-3 you could choose so don’t worry if you still love a few but have to pick one if that makes sense.
