Middle name for my baby girl

[name_m]Hi[/name_m] I’m stuck between 2 middle names for my baby girl. Her first name is going to be [name_f]Danica[/name_f] and for the middle I want to honor my mom who passed away when I was a baby. Her name was [name_f]Carolyn[/name_f]. And the other middle name I want is [name_f]Cheyanne[/name_f] which is the ladies name that raised me since my mom died. Should I give her both names or is it a little too much?

I think it’s a nice touch to want to honor both women, and [name_f]Carolyn[/name_f] and [name_f]Cheyanne[/name_f] sound different enough that I think it could be okay. I’m a big proponent of two middle names. Would you do [name_f]Danica[/name_f] [name_f]Carolyn[/name_f] [name_f]Cheyanne[/name_f] or [name_f]Danica[/name_f] [name_f]Cheyanne[/name_f] [name_f]Carolyn[/name_f]? I think the first sounds better.

Good luck!

For sound alone, I think [name_f]Danica[/name_f] [name_f]Cheyanne[/name_f] flows better. In general I’m not a fan of two middles because it makes paperwork that much harder and seems indecisive in a lot of cases, but it’s definitely an option. You could also take a bit from each name with something like [name_f]Carol[/name_f]-[name_f]Anne[/name_f]. You could also consider something meaningful about each of them, like a birthstone or favorite flower/plant.

It would be nice if can use both honour names and if you are thinking it’s too much, how about [name_f]Danica[/name_f] [name_f]Carolyn[/name_f] [name_f]Cheye[/name_f]/[name_f]Cheya[/name_f] as it shortens it a little, and sounds pretty.

I think you can definitely use both names. Honoring trumps flow and sound. I actually do not think the flow of [name_f]Danica[/name_f] [name_f]Carolyn[/name_f] [name_f]Cheyanne[/name_f] or [name_f]Danica[/name_f] [name_f]Cheyanne[/name_f] [name_f]Carolyn[/name_f] is bad. The flow works with both, I slightly prefer the flow of [name_f]Danica[/name_f] [name_f]Carolyn[/name_f] [name_f]Cheyanne[/name_f].

I love [name_f]Danica[/name_f] [name_f]Carolyn[/name_f] [name_f]Cheyanne[/name_f]!

Thanks ladies for your advice I’m thinking about going with either [name_f]Danica[/name_f] [name_f]Carolyn[/name_f] [name_f]Cheyanne[/name_f] [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] or [name_f]Danica[/name_f] [name_f]Carol[/name_f]-[name_f]Ann[/name_f] [name_m]Oliver[/name_m].

[name_m]Hi[/name_m] I absouletly love that name thanks for the advice

What about [name_f]Danica[/name_f] Lailani [name_m]Oliver[/name_m]?

I like [name_f]Danica[/name_f] [name_f]Caroline[/name_f].
