Middle name for Paisley

My brother and his girlfriend have decided on the first name of [name]Paisley[/name] for their little girl due in [name]October[/name] but are struggling with middle names to go with it. If anyone has any suggestions I could pass along it would be greatly appreciated!

Here are some guidelines:

It’s often good to use something meaningful for the middle. A family name, or a name with some connection to the parents or family. Some people don’t like “filler middles” (names that are frequently used in the middle), but I generally like them.

It’s good to balance out the first name or at least to complement and compliment it in some way. Here are some ways to do that:

Different style: [name]Paisley[/name] is a modern, recently popular, surname-ish, unisex-ish name (even though nearly all little Paisleys are girls).
So, for the middle, a very classic, very clearly feminine name will both balance the name as well as give her a very different option if she does decide to use it. (I have a very common, feminine first name and a very rare - for my age at least - unisex middle. While I never used the middle, I [name]LOVE[/name] and appreciate how different it is).

Different sounds: alliteration usually doesn’t work, and with P that’s all the more the case (initials PP seem teasing bound).
Rhyming names by and large don’t sound as nice and names that don’t rhyme. This is true mostly at the end but sometimes with the middle sounds as well.

Different number of syllables: this varies somewhat with the last name. 2-2-2 actually usually works, but generally speaking, 2-3-1, 2-1-3, 2-4-3, 2-3-4, 2-1-4, 2-4-1 etc are all good targets (i.e., different numbers).

And finally, make sure the initials don’t spell anything undesirable!

So with all that in mind, here are some suggestions:

Thank you so much for all of your help! I will email this to them with the tips and suggestions. I guess I should mention The last name starts with an “S” and is one syllable.

Ahh great : D.

Then I advise maybe not the 1-syllable names (unless they have family meaning) and maybe not the S names (initials PSS : D - although I suppose it’s not the worst).

Best wishes to you and them!

[name]Paisley[/name] [name]Corinne[/name]

EDIT: Whoops, M middle names are out because of the last name!

[name]Ah[/name] yes, definitely avoid the Ms : D.

My first thought was [name]Paisley[/name] [name]Elisabeth[/name]. I think an elegant classic name would work best with a spunky name like [name]Paisley[/name].

[name]Paisley[/name] [name]Margaret[/name]
[name]Paisley[/name] [name]Elnora[/name]
[name]Paisley[/name] [name]Caroline[/name]

[name]Paisley[/name] [name]Henrietta[/name]
[name]Paisley[/name] [name]Juliet[/name]
[name]Paisley[/name] [name]Theodora[/name]

my first thought was [name]Paisley[/name] [name]Mae[/name] : )

[name]Paisley[/name] [name]Autumn[/name] for an [name]October[/name] baby would be cute.

I like [name]Paisley[/name] [name]Siobhan[/name]. (“Shi-von”)

[name]Love[/name] the suggestions of [name]Paisley[/name] [name]Autumn[/name] and [name]Paisley[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name]!!!
