I love [name_f]Ramona[/name_f]! [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] [name_f]Mae[/name_f] is simply gorgeous (though a little bit of a mouthful with Mueller, I wouldn’t let that bother you if you love it though).
I prefer [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] [name_f]Louise[/name_f] to [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] [name_u]Lou[/name_u], though neither are my style.
Neither mn flows well with Mueller but I would rate them as follows.
1 [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] [name_f]Louise[/name_f] - this is probably the best combo with Mueller. There is also [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] or [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] [name_f]Louisa[/name_f].
2 [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] [name_f]Mae[/name_f] - this is my favourite combo but with your surname it would be an “m” overload.
3 [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] [name_u]Lou[/name_u] - don’t like the back-to-back “[name_u]Lou[/name_u]-Mu”
Personally, I wouldn’t choose any mn containing strong “m”, “u” or “l” sound.

I think [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] [name_f]Louise[/name_f] is the best. The other two middles sound sort of like they are just placed there randomly to me. I really love the name [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] though. Beautiful choice.
[name_f]Ramona[/name_f] [name_u]Lou[/name_u] is definitely my favourite, its lovely and fresh. [name_f]Louise[/name_f] sounds very dated to me but [name_u]Lou[/name_u] is sweet and vintage just like [name_f]Ramona[/name_f]. [name_f]Mae[/name_f] is nice but a bit of a filler, and I’m not a fan of the flow of [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] [name_f]Mae[/name_f] Mueller. [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] [name_f]Mary[/name_f] [name_u]Lou[/name_u] Mueller sounds fantastic to me if that’s an option.
Oh I love love love [name_f]Ramona[/name_f]! I would be using it, if my husband had not vetoed it. 
[name_m]How[/name_m] about [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] [name_u]June[/name_u]? I just love this combo, and think [name_u]June[/name_u] would be so cute with [name_u]Jude[/name_u]. 
I like [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] [name_u]Lou[/name_u] and [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] [name_f]Louise[/name_f] more than [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] [name_f]Mae[/name_f].
[name_f]Ramona[/name_f] [name_u]Lou[/name_u] feels slightly spunkier and lighter than [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] [name_f]Louise[/name_f].
What about [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] [name_f]Bea[/name_f]? Or [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] [name_f]Lucy[/name_f]?

Anyhow, though [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] [name_f]Mae[/name_f] is beautiful, I love the meaning behind [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] [name_f]Louise[/name_f]! But, even more than that, I love the suggestion of [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] [name_f]Louisa[/name_f]! [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] [name_f]Louisa[/name_f] [name_f]Mae[/name_f] maybe?
Thank you so much for all of the thoughtful feedback! This is going to be a hard decision to make. I actually like the alliteration that comes with using [name_f]Mae[/name_f], but I can see where that wouldn’t be everyone’s cup of tea. Using two middle names feels like too much to me with [name_f]Ramona[/name_f], and I think [name_f]Louisa[/name_f] is a lovely name, but I can’t decide if I like [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] [name_f]Louisa[/name_f].
mischa - I like the suggestion of [name_f]Josephine[/name_f]. It’s a family name on my mom’s side a few generations back and my dad’s middle name is [name_m]Joseph[/name_m]. I’m not sure DH would go for it, though.
mariemama - [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] was my #1 choice and it was literally the only name on a list of 10-15 that DH was on board with, which still surprises me. I’m almost hoping for a girl just so that I can use it. I think [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] [name_u]June[/name_u] is really cute.
