I’m looking for a middle name to go with [name_f]Willow[/name_f], sister to [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] [name_f]Luna[/name_f]. [name_f][/name_f] Since [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] and [name_f]Willow[/name_f] are both botanical, I’m trying to keep the celestial theme for Willow’s middle name too. [name_f][/name_f] I’m also looking for a middle name that’s similar/related to [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] or [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f] (either in sound or in meaning) – doesn’t have to be celestial-themed, but it would be amazing if it was!
[name_f][/name_f]
Right now, my top contenders are [name_f]Willow[/name_f] [name_f]Aurelia[/name_f] and [name_f]Willow[/name_f] [name_f]Celeste[/name_f]. [name_f][/name_f] Thoughts on these? [name_f][/name_f] Other suggestions? [name_f][/name_f] Thanks in advance
[name_f][/name_f]
(Note these will not be names for real humans; just having fun thinking about combos!)
I think [name_f]Willow[/name_f] [name_f]Aurelia[/name_f] is lovely and [name_f]Willow[/name_f] [name_f]Celeste[/name_f] is stunning! [name_f][/name_f]Normally I’d suggest [name_f]Lyra[/name_f], and I do love [name_f]Willow[/name_f] [name_f]Lyra[/name_f] but it’s probably too similar to [name_f]Luna[/name_f] when there is quite a big pool of celestial names to choose from. [name_f][/name_f]Some ideas: [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Uvelia[/name_f], variant of [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f]. [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Ursula[/name_f], meaning [name_m]Little[/name_m] [name_m]Bear[/name_m] (Ursa Minor) [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Skylar[/name_f], [name_f]Skyler[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Ciel[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Esteri[/name_f], [name_f]Hester[/name_f], (both meaning star) [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Danika[/name_f], [name_f]Danica[/name_f] (morning star) [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Vega[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Phoebe[/name_f] (one of Saturn’s moons)
Thank you all for so many great suggestions! [name_f][/name_f] Of my original top two, I’m now leaning more towards [name_f]Willow[/name_f] [name_f]Celeste[/name_f] – it reminds me of [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] and I think I slightly prefer a consonant sound after [name_f]Willow[/name_f]. [name_f][/name_f] I also like [name_f]Willow[/name_f] [name_f]Carina[/name_f] for similar reasons. [name_f][/name_f] [name_f]Willow[/name_f] [name_f]Charlena[/name_f] came to me too as another way to honor [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f], though there’s no celestial association I can find with that.
[name_f][/name_f]
So… [name_f]Willow[/name_f] [name_f]Celeste[/name_f], [name_f]Willow[/name_f] [name_f]Carina[/name_f], or [name_f]Willow[/name_f] [name_f]Charlena[/name_f]?
my vote goes to [name_f]Willow[/name_f] [name_f]Luciana[/name_f][name_f][/name_f] or [name_f]Willow[/name_f] [name_f]Estella[/name_f][name_f][/name_f], closely followed by [name_f]Willow[/name_f] [name_f]Selene[/name_f][name_f][/name_f] and your [name_f]Willow[/name_f] [name_f]Celeste[/name_f]
[name_f]Ivy[/name_f] and [name_f]Willow[/name_f] are double connected, both botannical both [name_m]Taylor[/name_m] [name_m]Swift[/name_m] songs on [name_f]Evermore[/name_f].
[name_f][/name_f]
[name_f]Willow[/name_f] [name_f]Aurelia[/name_f] is gorgeous, personally not a fan of [name_f]Celeste[/name_f] all I hear is molest/incest
