Heyy! So I’d like a middle name for the name [name_m]Wolfgang[/name_m]. Only problem is that the mn cannot start from either A, C, K, I, M or P … which leaves us with practically no options. Now middle names can be of any sort! My already existing/named kids have [name_m]Atticus[/name_m], [name_m]Calixto[/name_m], [name_f]Kasienka[/name_f], [name_f]Izabel[/name_f], [name_f]Matylda[/name_f] and [name_f]Persephone[/name_f] which all vary greatly! Middle names we like are:
[name_m]Wolfgang[/name_m] [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m]
[name_m]Wolfgang[/name_m] [name_m]Felix[/name_m]
[name_m]Wolfgang[/name_m] [name_u]Everett[/name_u]

If it helps, the last name is one syllable and rhymes with slurp.
Obviously, the natural nn for [name_m]Wolfgang[/name_m] is [name_m]Wolf[/name_m]. But, my wife and I would like to know others’ opinions on Fang. While we will call our son the usual Wolfie occasionally, we really like Fang and would like to know if it’s too “out there” or sounds kind of cute.
I personally like [name_m]Wolfgang[/name_m] [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] and [name_m]Wolfgang[/name_m] [name_m]Felix[/name_m] most. As to Fang… If [name_m]Wolf[/name_m] can be a name, why not Fang? Calling him that out in public though… I love the name [name_m]Wolf[/name_m], so I’d definitely go with that. Fang could work within the family, but I wouldn’t send my child to school with that name.
Well… I love all your choices. I had [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] [name_m]Wolfgang[/name_m] on my list for awhile & it’s still a favorite if mine. Therefore, [name_m]Wolfgang[/name_m] [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] would be my favorite. [name_m]Wolfgang[/name_m] [name_u]Everett[/name_u] would be my second choice based on flow (two syllable first name with three syllable middle & one syllable last). I also like the the feel of it. [name_m]Wolfgang[/name_m] [name_m]Emilio[/name_m] is also very nice and would be my third choice. I enjoy [name_m]Felix[/name_m] & [name_m]Oskar[/name_m] too but the flow is off to me.
I love the nicknames [name_m]Wolf[/name_m] and Wolfie but I just can’t get into Fang I’m sorry!
It may be a little overwhelming but Fang is a pretty neat nn for [name_m]Wolfgang[/name_m]! I mean if you’re gonna follow using the occasional Wolfie as well, that’s the perfect balance of a combination of soft and sharp!
Your house is sure gonna be full with 6 kids, a new son, and that adopted pair of twin sisters . . .
That aside, I’m not keen on Fang as a nn at all. It feels like Sword or Blood or Fur to me - a sinister-ish word that doesn’t (in my opinion) work as a name. Though [name_m]Blade[/name_m] is gaining some currency. [name_m]Wolfgang[/name_m] [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] is a rocking combo.
I can’t help much with middles because I love all your ideas, but I think Fang is excellent! I wouldn’t use it as a full name or anything, but kids are named [name_m]Wolf[/name_m] and [name_m]Fox[/name_m] and [name_m]Bear[/name_m] and [name_m]Talon[/name_m], and I don’t think Fang is any edgier than those. I honestly think Fang is a bit cooler than [name_m]Wolf[/name_m]!
