I am expecting my first baby next year! We still haven’t found out gender but we are pretty set on a boys first and middle name. I am having some trouble for a girl. The first name will definitely be [name_f]Leona[/name_f] and I want to honor my grandmother for her middle name. My grandmas name was [name_f]Kathleen[/name_f]. The thing is I don’t really love the name [name_f]Kathleen[/name_f]. I like variations such as [name_f]Catarina[/name_f] but don’t like the double a endings. I was thinking [name_f]Leona[/name_f] Katerine which has a [name_m]German[/name_m] background which I love. What do you think? Any other middle name suggestions that could honor [name_f]Kathleen[/name_f] without an “a” ending ?
[name_f]Leona[/name_f] Katerine is nice and I like pp’s suggestion of [name_f]Kate[/name_f] and [name_f]Catrin[/name_f]
[name_f]Leona[/name_f] [name_f]Katell[/name_f]
[name_f]Leona[/name_f] [name_f]Agnes[/name_f] (same meaning as [name_f]Kathleen[/name_f])
[name_f]Leona[/name_f] [name_f]Karin[/name_f]
I think [name_f]Leona[/name_f] Katerine is wonderful! Here are some other suggestions:
[name_f]Leona[/name_f] [name_f]Katherine[/name_f]
[name_f]Leona[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f]
[name_f]Leona[/name_f] [name_f]Kathy[/name_f]
[name_f]Leona[/name_f] [name_f]Kitty[/name_f]
[name_f]Leona[/name_f] [name_f]Katelyn[/name_f]
