Middle name picks for Estelle?

We have decided on the name [name_f]Estelle[/name_f].

We are located in the US, but have a [name_m]French[/name_m] background on both sides, so I’d love to incorporate a [name_m]French[/name_m] middle as well. So far, my husband loves [name_f]Estelle[/name_f] [name_m]Valentine[/name_m] the most. I also really love this combo, but I am wondering if it’s maybe too cutesy or playful to grow into as an adult.

For reference, I want to try and steer clear of generic middle names like [name_f]Rose[/name_f], [name_f]Claire[/name_f], [name_f]Marie[/name_f], [name_f]Louise[/name_f], etc. I tend to also lean towards romantic or elegant sounding names.

I’m basically looking for help with picking the best middle name for [name_f]Estelle[/name_f] given our preferences. Am I overthinking [name_m]Valentine[/name_m]? Here are a few other options my husband likes:

I like Lillian! But our last name starts with a “La” so would that be too many “L” sounds with EsteLLe LiLLian La***?

I’d lean towards [name_f]Margot[/name_f] for the meaning “Stars Pearl” when paired with [name_f]Estelle[/name_f].

I think [name_f]Estelle[/name_f] [name_m]Valentine[/name_m] is beautiful such an elegant, striking name that is full of romance and sophistication. I think [name_m]Valentine[/name_m] is the opposite of cutesy I appreciate that in some combinations [name_m]Valentine[/name_m] could be cheesy but I think with [name_f]Estelle[/name_f] she’s fabulous. I’m totally in love of [name_f]Estelle[/name_f] [name_m]Valentine[/name_m] I think she’s stunning.

Looking at your options I love paired with [name_f]Estelle[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] & [name_f]Clementine[/name_f]. I think they are both so starry with [name_f]Estelle[/name_f] very pretty.

I like [name_f]Estelle[/name_f] [name_m]Valentine[/name_m]! I don’t think it’s too cutesy/playful (and I tend to dislike a lot of cutesy names that are widely loved on NB).

I really like [name_f]Estelle[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] from your husbands likes. One of the first names that came to mind was [name_f]Estelle[/name_f] [name_f]Anastasia[/name_f] for the romantic and elegant vibe, but I don’t think it’s very [name_m]French[/name_m].
