I was just browsing through the forums and I came across the name [name_f]Alouette[/name_f], which I immediately fell in love with. However, I’m having trouble coming up with fitting middle names that flow well/match with [name_f]Alouette[/name_f]. Can you think of any?? Thank you!!
[name_f]Rose[/name_f] fits with anything so maybe [name_f]Alouette[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]? Personally I think [name_f]Alouette[/name_f] would be better as a middle name.
I’m crushing hard on [name_f]Alouette[/name_f] too… but I agree! So hard to find a good combination! Definitely keeping an eye on this thread
I feel like it could go with a simple name (e.g. [name_f]Alouette[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]) or a longer, more complex one (e.g. [name_f]Alouette[/name_f] [name_f]Hermione[/name_f])… to me it is flexible, and has lots of opportunities for fabulous combinations!
Hmm… [name_f]Alouette[/name_f] [name_f]Hermione[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is pretty nice… there’s a thought…
I agree with @aurorag, [name_f]Alouette[/name_f] is a lovely middle name. [name_f]Rose[/name_f] [name_f]Alouette[/name_f] is stunning. I do like [name_f]Alouette[/name_f] all around though… so many cute nick name options, too! ([name_u]Allie[/name_u], [name_m]Louie[/name_m], [name_f]Lettie[/name_f], [name_f]Etta[/name_f], Ette, etc.)
What about:
[name_f]Alouette[/name_f] [name_f]Bijou[/name_f]
[name_f]Alouette[/name_f] [name_f]Amaryllis[/name_f]
[name_f]Alouette[/name_f] [name_f]Ambrosia[/name_f]
[name_f]Alouette[/name_f] [name_f]Fleur[/name_f]
As a [name_m]French[/name_m], I feel like I must tell you that this name is definitely not wearable in a french speaking country. She would get teased pretty bad. I do see the appeal, I really like the way [name_f]Alouette[/name_f] sounds, but I can’t get over the song: French Children's Songs - Paroles de « Alouette » + traduction en anglais (Version #2) and the bird.
I will be using [name_f]Francine[/name_f] as a middle name one day to honor my niece, plus I love the name [name_f]Francine[/name_f] and I won’t use it for a first because of my little niece, [name_f]Francine[/name_f]. [name_f]Alouette[/name_f] [name_f]Francine[/name_f] is at the top of my list. You are welcome to it, if you like. I’m all about sharing
