[name_m]Hi[/name_m]! Believe it or not but, in all this pregnancy hassle, the idea of middle names, just, escaped me! And now, with only a month left till my due date; I don’t have one! We’re set on [name_m]Felix[/name_m] for the first name, because we’re a Hispanic family and the name has cultural roots but it sounds white enough for there not to be racist or cultural bias in job applications and the such (well, fingers crossed, at least)!
But, oh! What middle with [name_m]Felix[/name_m]? I’d preferably like something with Mexican traces in it or something but it doesn’t have to be! I’ve considered names like [name_m]Adrian[/name_m], [name_m]Alejandro[/name_m], [name_m]Alexander[/name_m] and the like, but they just don’t seem to click! Currently, I’m pondering over [name_m]Felix[/name_m] [name_m]Leopold[/name_m], with [name_m]Leopold[/name_m] as an honour name for [name_m]Leon[/name_m], my father, who’s death anniversary my son is due on. I thought it would be fitting to honour him, you know? So it would be extra special if any of you have any suggestions that may incorporate that! And I’d love opinions on [name_m]Felix[/name_m] [name_m]Leopold[/name_m]!
DS’s last name will be both of our last names hyphenated, so a total of five syllables, three for the first one and two for the other. I’m open to two middles as well but I feel like it might be a little unwise considering how long his name already is, haha.
I’m eagerly awaiting your suggestions! [name_f]TIA[/name_f]!
I love all of these suggestions! As a kid with two hyphenated last names, one middle name is probably fine. I like [name_m]Felix[/name_m] [name_m]Leopold[/name_m], or even just [name_m]Felix[/name_m] [name_m]Leon[/name_m].
[name_m]Felix[/name_m] [name_m]Santiago[/name_m] is my first thought
[name_m]Felix[/name_m] [name_m]Leon[/name_m] is wonderful too, but have you thought about [name_m]Felix[/name_m] [name_u]Noel[/name_u]? [name_u]Noel[/name_u] as in [name_m]Leon[/name_m] backwards. I think it’s nice.
