I’ll clarify that for me, I see letters and numbers as having colors and also different words/names have different tastes and the tastes then translate to colors. So when I say what a name is, it’s usually through the letters or through the extra taste step.

So now I’m curious? What do they taste like?

[name]Genevieve[/name] - A light, fresh green-blue.
[name]Aurora[/name] - Definitely gold.
[name]Evangeline[/name] - A rich forest green.
[name]Cordelia[/name] - Deep violet.
[name]Genevieve[/name], [name]Aurora[/name], [name]Evangeline[/name], and [name]Cordelia[/name] are all gorgeous names by the way!

[name]Genevieve[/name] tastes like currants, that kind of sour-sweet burst that’s really dark red.

[name]Aurora[/name] is more like taking a really deep breath after it’s been raining and everything is sort of soaked but suddenly very bright.

[name]Evangeline[/name] is like fox grapes, this is one where theres so much overlap between color-taste-sound…the letters E and F taste like fox grapes to me. I work with a woman named [name]Eva[/name] and I can’t even think about her without GRAPES.

[name]Cordelia[/name] is very powdery, that’s where the blue comes from. Could be very fresh linens or linens that have a sort of violet powdery perfume on them.

Excuse the freak show! I’m glad some others on here have such intertwined sensory experiences, haha.

[name]Genevieve[/name] is an indigo colour, much like [name]Felicity[/name], but where [name]Felicity[/name] has blue and mauve, [name]Genevieve[/name] has darker blue and a bit of green. That sounds a bit off, but it’s actually more attractive than [name]Felicity[/name] in my head- more solid. Its texture is like an old-fashioned silk- smooth and rich, but not artificially perfect

[name]Aurora[/name] is metallic golden, like a medieval depiction of a saint, with red, green, and white. Its texture is also like that- hardwood worn smooth through use, or like the wood panels painted with tempera and gold.

[name]Evangeline[/name] is a bright array of blue (somewhere between neon and royal blue), yellow, and purple, with some greens. It doesn’t fit together ccomfortably; I prefer some of the elements separately ([name]Eva[/name] is dark blue, green, and a bit of rich buttercup yellow; [name]Angeline[/name] is a lovely spring yellow with purple. [name]Evangeline[/name] is Too Much, like a 3D image that doesn’t quite fit together). Its texture is also confused in my head, both hard and smooth like lego, and light and fabric-y like a cotton summer dress. It’s spiky and cloth-covered at the beginning and then smooths out to hard plastic at the end.

[name]Cordelia[/name] is sky blue as an overall impression, but there’s white, and a bit of green and yellow. My impression is a bright blue [name]April[/name] morning sky with those puffy, painterly clouds in it. Its texture is more like cloth, though, and makes me thing of those blue gingham dresses that little girls still wear to school in the UK.

[name]Genevieve[/name] - a riveting turquoise.
[name]Aurora[/name] - lavender! I see all [name]Ari[/name] names as lavender, maybe that’s why I love them so much.
[name]Evangeline[/name] - clear? I see most “E” names as clear. Maybe a hint of pink.
[name]Cordelia[/name] - a soft, muted pretty pink. Somewhere between a coral and a mauve.

Good luck!
