I’ve recently been crushing on the name [name_f]Morgana[/name_f] - but I feel like it’s a bit long and needs a nickname option. The only problem is nothing really screams out as a suitable nickname!
What do you think? What do you see as a suitable nickname for [name_f]Morgana[/name_f]?
[name_f]Mora[/name_f], [name_m]Mori[/name_m], [name_f]Ana[/name_f], [name_f]Ani[/name_f] ([name_m]Ah[/name_m]-ni) are some of the options. [name_f]Morgana[/name_f] is beautiful!
[name_f]Molly[/name_f]? I’m surprised that wasn’t mentioned as I thought it was a fairly traditional NN for [name_f]Morgana[/name_f], but now I’m questioning if that’s right. Either way, it works!!
[name_f]Morgana[/name_f] is really beautiful. Majestic in sound.
Nicknames for [name_f]Morgana[/name_f]; [name_f]Mora[/name_f], [name_u]Mo[/name_u], [name_f]Ana[/name_f], [name_f]Mimi[/name_f] (yes would defiantly work so cute), [name_f]Minnie[/name_f], [name_f]Mara[/name_f], Morg, and [name_f]Maggie[/name_f].
Hello [name_f]Emily[/name_f].
[name_f]Morgana[/name_f] is beautiful!
Assuming you’d pronounce it Mor-[name_m]Gar[/name_m]-na…
Gaga could be a nickname.
[name_f]Ana[/name_f] (pronounced Arna)
[name_f]Nana[/name_f] (pronounced Narnar)
=)
Or like me you’ll give your daughter a nickname not associated with her actual name.
(We didn’t find out the gender of our baby so we just called her Jellybean whilst I was pregnant, so now I call her Beanie, which is completely unrelated to her name)
Which to me works too, because it is personal between you two/immediate family. Nicknames don’t always have to be obvious =)
[name_f]Morgana[/name_f] is a gorgeous name - so regal, strong and whimsical. [name_f]Mimi[/name_f] makes for a lovely nickname, and isn’t too much of a stretch at all.
My immediate thought was actually ‘M’ ([name_f]Em[/name_f]) and then [name_f]Emmy[/name_f], but as your own name is [name_f]Emily[/name_f], not the best idea for you…
A friend has twins, P1p3r & M0rg@n. She calls them Pipes & Morgy. I think w/the longer form of the name you do have a lot more options for nns…[name_f]Ana[/name_f] would be one that would be high on my list of potential nns. [name_f]Molly[/name_f] & [name_m]Morrie[/name_m] would be under consideration too.
