[name_m]Hi[/name_m]! I have 4 kids: [name_m]Warren[/name_m], [name_u]Lee[/name_u], [name_m]Hugh[/name_m] and [name_f]Muriel[/name_f]. We are talking about maybe one more in a year or two. I know what another son would be named, but it is so hard to find the right girl name. I like what some might call clunky names, but the consanant heavy names sound so strong to me.
Right now I like [name_f]Fredrika[/name_f] the best; I would call her by the full name or [name_f]Frida[/name_f] or maybe [name_f]Dree[/name_f]. This is one I worry a girl in school would hate.
I also like [name_f]Inez[/name_f], [name_f]Clarisse[/name_f], Pasca or [name_u]Pascale[/name_u], [name_f]Eseld[/name_f] (es-ZELD) and [name_f]Yvette[/name_f]. Could I please have your thoughts on my list and any more suggestions?
(Sorry for deletions! I am having trouble getting my replies to be linked to the person I am replying to)
[name_f]Ardith[/name_f] is interesting. I think I have heard the name somewhere, but I can’t think of where.
I got to Fredrika from Frida, which I have loved forever, but then I remembered the baby Frida products and thought it might be a better nickname. I really like the rhythm of Fredrika, but Fred- might be really embarrasing for a little girl. I don’t know.
As far as Inez goes, I really prefer Ynes but that spelling is very Spanish, which we are not. Also, maybe Inez is kind of a celebrity name now, which I don’t prefer.
Frederika is cool! Though it’s a little more European-feeling that your older kids’ names. Same with the others on your list – though I do think [name_f]Inez[/name_f] and [name_f]Yvette[/name_f] could work well in your set!
Yea, something like [name_f]Ruth[/name_f] or [name_f]Irene[/name_f] is my usual style, but my husband isn’t a fan. He sees [name_f]Muriel[/name_f] as more of a medieval fantasy sort of name. He liked [name_u]Pascale[/name_u] and [name_f]Fay[/name_f]. I like [name_u]Pascale[/name_u], but not [name_f]Fay[/name_f]. [name_u]Haven[/name_u]’t ran [name_f]Clarisse[/name_f]/Clarice, [name_f]Inez[/name_f] or [name_f]Fredrika[/name_f] (I prefer it without the e between d &r.) by him yet.
Oh, I see! Well, it could go that route, too, definitely. In that case, maybe he’d like something like [name_f]Isolde[/name_f] or [name_f]Gwyneth[/name_f]? [name_f]Elspeth[/name_f]? [name_f]Petra[/name_f]?
@elanorelle Thanks, I kind of like [name_f]Petra[/name_f], [name_f]Petronella[/name_f] too. [name_f]Eseld[/name_f] is a form of [name_f]Isolde[/name_f] that I prefer.

I wondered if you would like [name_f]Imelda[/name_f]? Some other ideas are [name_f]Bernadine[/name_f], [name_f]Darla[/name_f], [name_f]Francine[/name_f], [name_f]Morena[/name_f], [name_f]Evette[/name_f], [name_f]Agnella[/name_f], [name_f]Nelda[/name_f], [name_f]Martha[/name_f].
Thanks! [name_f]Agnessa[/name_f] is my favorite of your suggestions. It is one that I had thought of adding to the list. I have been looking for the perfect -ness name !
