Just for fun.
Twins:
Charlotte Lorraine, after paternal grandparent’s, daddy plus daddy’s initials, & Virginia Thomasin, after maternal grandparent’s, no nn’s
Charlotte Leigh & Charles Lee Allen-first names after daddy, grandfather, aunts; grandma and great-aunt are twins with the middle names of Lee & Leigh; boy would go by nn or mn
I really like the idea of using Lee/Leigh for mn’s for twins if we were ever blessed with twins, make it a tradition in the family, mil’s dad chose Lee/Leigh as it was a family name. My husband really likes the idea of sharing initials with a child.
Girls:
Vanessa James, mn honors uncle and great-uncle
Vanessa Charlotte
Lorraine Charlotte nnn “Elsie”, great-grandma was Elsie Lorraine, great-grandpa was Charles as is daddy, numerous aunts named Charlotte
Cassidy Lynn, my mn, friend dreamed this was the name of my blonde-haired daughter
Romilly Anne, mn honors my mom and an aunt

Boys:
Henry Robert, mn honors great-great grandma Roberta
Leland, mil’s mn is Lee
Jesse Lee Allen, in-laws mn’s
Remington Maxwell, no meaning, just love it, sounds downright kingly with our last name
Lee Allen , honors in-laws
Lee Edward, honors in-laws
Nolan Edward, honors in-laws
Justus-surname on husband’s side
Gage-husband, grandpa, great-uncle, great-grandpa all mechanics
Avery (Avery Brooks=SEX APPEAL)
Morgan (Morgan Freeman=dignity)
Abraham
Saul
Tyler
Justin
Lonnie, a great-uncle’s name
Arizona
Dakota
Dustin
Cassius, so I can call him Cash
Cass, probably would be short for Cassidy
Dalton-my ABSOLUTE favorite boys name
Waylon
Walton, after grandfather, nn’d Wall
David, as a mn ONLY, to honor multiple family members
Most of these I already know my husband would never go for. Generally would go by full names as I almost always prefer the full name to any nn’s. Charles being the exception as grandpa was Charles and husband is Charlie so a new Charles would have to be called something else (NOT C.J.!!!).
