Surprisingly, I hadn’t thought of the nickname “Jay” until @katinka mentioned it too. I love birds so the birdie nickname made me like it even more as well. 
We almost named one of our kittens [name_m]Jago[/name_m] (he’s [name_m]Hershel[/name_m] instead) and I’m really glad we saved the name [name_m]Jago[/name_m] just in case it works for a little boy in the future. Ours would be [name_m]Jago[/name_m] [name_u]Robin[/name_u], unless he’s not the first born and we’ve already used [name_u]Robin[/name_u]. In which case, I have no idea what our middle would be!
