I have never heard of [name_f]Sigrid[/name_f] or Olander/Olendra before! I had to look them up. Is [name_f]Sigrid[/name_f] pronounced SEE-grid? It’s beautiful. I love the meaning, “fair victory.” My fave combo is [name_f]Sigrid[/name_f] [name_u]Adair[/name_u].

Olander…I am honestly not a fan. It reminds me of Oleander, which to me is feminine and poisonous besides. It also kind of reminds me of a food fat substitute. But then, I am not of Scandinavian nationality or descent, just a silly American (;

I love [name_f]Sigrid[/name_f] so much…I’ve loved it for a really long time, it’s nice to see someone thinking about it here. :slight_smile:

I think my favorites out of your [name_f]Sigrid[/name_f] combos are [name_f]Sigrid[/name_f] Olethea and [name_f]Sigrid[/name_f] [name_u]Adair[/name_u]. They’re both beautiful! I’m not overly familiar with Olethea but it’s striking.

As for Olander, I like it, but I’m not sure I absolutely love it. Olendra is super cool, though. Is [name_m]Tyr[/name_m] pronounced as in tear, or? I like Olander [name_m]Tyr[/name_m] best, actually!

My recommendation is another surname name with an upbeat, modern sound.

From your middles list, Adair would be a very good fit as a first name!
