I’m on the hunt for N ending boy names. I feel like I’ve seen them all, but am hoping y’all know of something obscure I might love.
[name_f]My[/name_f] name is [name_f]Cathryn[/name_f], my husband is [name_m]Brian[/name_m] and our children are [name_m]Benton[/name_m], [name_f]Arwen[/name_f] and [name_u]Raven[/name_u]. I prefer not to have another B, A, or R, but C would be fine. I definitely want to avoid the long A sound, the strong AR sound, endings with -wen and probably -ven/van/von/vin too.
Some N ending boy names I kinda like, but don’t love are [name_m]Caspian[/name_m], [name_m]Thorin[/name_m], [name_u]Julian[/name_u], [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m], [name_m]Gibson[/name_m], [name_u]Canyon[/name_u], Clanton, [name_u]Declan[/name_u], [name_u]Corbin[/name_u], [name_m]Lorcan[/name_m], [name_m]Severin[/name_m] and [name_u]Dean[/name_u]. I love [name_m]Sylvan[/name_m], but worry about it being too similar to [name_u]Raven[/name_u] with the endings sounding super similar. We already get [name_f]Arwen[/name_f] and [name_u]Raven[/name_u] mixed up enough. We don’t need to add to that issue.
[name_m]Harrison[/name_m] would work well, but our last name starts with [name_u]Man[/name_u]- and my husband and oldest immediately started making jokes about “Hairy Man”. They’re so mature. lol [name_u]Cameron[/name_u] would work well too, but we have a family member with that name already.
I have my N ending girl names I love; [name_f]Magdalen[/name_f], [name_f]Imogen[/name_f], and [name_u]Fern[/name_u]. We’re hoping to have 2-3 more children. I’d be set if they were all girls, but my son would be pretty upset. lol
So… any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
