What about just [name]Portia[/name]? I think it’s a lot less confusing than Porschla, and more classy, too, and I love the [name]Shakespeare[/name] connection! As for other uncommon FNs, what about:
Well, has your husband given any suggestions? What kinds of names do you like? Would [name]Portia[/name] work as something similar, but simpler?
You might also like:

[name]EDIT[/name]: Didn’t see [name]Ashley[/name]'s post! Well, there are two votes for [name]Portia[/name].
He is very picky, I even asked if he wanted to go with the name [name]Portia[/name] instead but he isnt in love with it. I liked the name combos [name]Ivy[/name] [name]Gray[/name] or [name]Ivy[/name] [name]Jane[/name] but that is becoming so popular. And I want a name where nick names can not be created! Elegant yet edgy is my style.
Girl names are so much harder! I appreciate all of this help
Here are some names that might fit the “elegant yet edgy style”:
[name]Laurel[/name]
[name]Marilla[/name]
[name]Antonia[/name]
[name]Melora[/name]
[name]Monet[/name] (mo-NAY)
Cleome (prn. Clee-OH-may)
[name]Stasia[/name]
[name]Victoire[/name] (vick-TWA)
[name]Vienna[/name]
[name]Yelena[/name] (ya-[name]LAY[/name]-na)
Are those anywhere close to what you might like or are they too out there?
