Many name entries have deceptive graphs.
The line connects the points for each year. So, for example, if a name drops off the chart entirely and then comes back, a line will be drawn between those two points, making it look like it ranked all that time.
Can the program be changed so it only connects points in successive years?
I was about to make a new topic about this, but then I found this very old topic.
It seems like the graphs are still like that, for all names that droped off the chart entirely and then came back. Not a big problem but a minor flaw 
. [name_m]Just[/name_m] letting this know in case this wasn’t known yet and maybe it can be fixed easily.
For example, [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] left the top 1000 in 1982 and reentered in 2013. The graph looks like this:
