Name for nn Bean?

What is a good name for nickname [name_m]Bean[/name_m]?

You could use the pet name [name_m]Bean[/name_m] with any child’s name.

A book series I loved when I was younger was called [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] and [name_m]Bean[/name_m]. That [name_m]Bean[/name_m] was short for [name_f]Bernice[/name_f]. I agree with pp that [name_m]Bean[/name_m] could easily be just a nickname for a child, regardless their full name.

My first thought was [name_f]Sabina[/name_f] or [name_f]Sabine[/name_f].

Anything since it’s an affectionate nickname similarly with how [name_f]Pixie[/name_f] could be a nickname for anything. However it could also work for [name_f]Bernadette[/name_f] or [name_u]Bellamy[/name_u]

I’ve heard Jillians get the nn [name_m]Bean[/name_m] a lot. They get called [name_f]Jilly[/name_f] [name_m]Bean[/name_m] which often becomes just [name_m]Bean[/name_m].

[name_m]Bean[/name_m] can be a pet name for anything.

[name_f]Sabine[/name_f] or [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f], maybe?

My first thought was [name_f]Benna[/name_f], which is a really cute girl’s name. [name_f]Sabina[/name_f]/[name_f]Sabine[/name_f] is a great suggestion, and any B name would work. But really, the previous posters are right, you could use [name_m]Bean[/name_m] with any child’s name.

I had an auntie Beanie which was short for [name_f]Rubina[/name_f].

I see many others have mentioned [name_f]Sabine[/name_f] or [name_f]Sabina[/name_f]. Other choices that I like are [name_f]Fabiana[/name_f] or [name_f]Fabienne[/name_f], because they both mean “bean” (Latin, faba).

[name_m]Bean[/name_m] is traditionally a popular name in the Scottish Highlands, originally as a nickname for [name_m]Beathan[/name_m]/ [name_f]Beatha[/name_f] (boy) or [name_f]Beathag[/name_f] (girl), all meaning life. At a tangent, [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] also means life or [name_f]Bethan[/name_f]/ [name_f]Bethany[/name_f] and [name_f]Bethia[/name_f]/ Bithiah are similar phonetically to [name_f]Beathag[/name_f]. Presumably you’re looking for girls names? Otherwise [name_m]Benjamin[/name_m] feels a logical step sound-wise.

[name_f]Bianca[/name_f] is my first thought.
