If you wanted to go for something more cartoony and obviously prissy, you could maybe try something like Madame Prim’s Prep School or Lady [name_f]Antoinette[/name_f]'s Academy for Adolescent Girls.
If you wanted something more down to earth and less obvious, locational names or names of famous figures (even if it’s just a fictional one) might be the better way to go. Something like [name_f]Primrose[/name_f] Academy, Willowwood Academy, St. [name_f]Claire[/name_f]'s Boarding School, etc.

Something along those lines; just name it after the school’s founder or the town the school is in.
If you really wanted to make it prissy, you would definitely need to add “School for Girls” at the end of the name. Some boarding schools like this are named after their founder, so for that you’d need a snobbish name.

Or, you could use a last name.
Example:
Miss Merriweather’s School for Girls (of course, this name would make your novel seem more fantastical than not)
