I need a name for a servant to my “princess” in my real-world fairytale. Any name, just something that fits.
The part I need more help with is what she is wearing. I have no idea what to put down, but I personally need to know. Any ideas help!

I love all the names suggested and would second any of them! For the servant’s appearance, it truly depends on how you personally see her and how it would fit into the story. If the princess is kind, then she would most likely allow her servant nicer clothes: a pretty dress with a clean apron, and hair tied up in a not-too-tight bun. On the other hand, if the princess is arrogant or rude, then the servant might have to wear whatever scraps she can find. It also depends on the servant’s personality. If she’s quiet and sweet, obeying the princess’ requests without question, then softer colors might complement her wardrobe better than harsh, dark colors. However, if she’s lazy, disobedient, and feels she deserves a better job, then her appearance would reflect that. Gloomy and dull colors would probably work best.

It is a little hard to answer your question as you haven’t given much background!
A servant’s name really depends on what kind of servant she is, is she a slave, or come from a rough less entitled background? In that case she is likely to have a shorter, plain name. If she is a normal citizen she could have any kind of name!! It also depends on her ethnicity and her childhood.
What would her parents have named her? Did they?
As for what she would wear, what would her employers inspect her to wear? Or if it’s a historical novel, look up servants clothing from that time period.
