Name for twins

I’m having twins and I have chosen names for my kids but when I searched in name pages I got so many negative reviews.now I’m depressed cause I love these names.
[name_f]My[/name_f] twins names are :

Violet [name_f]Leilia[/name_f] ( they said violet is like violence )
[name_m]Anthony[/name_m] [name_u]Orion[/name_u] ( They said it’s an old name )

My twins are my first experience of pregnancy.

I think those are wonderful names! [name_f]Violet[/name_f] does not make me think of violence at all, and [name_m]Anthony[/name_m] isn’t an old person name at all, either. [name_u]Orion[/name_u] is very cool and [name_f]Leilia[/name_f] is very pretty, too.

I wouldn’t worry about online negative reviews- these don’t seem like real concerns, just people looking to criticize. I think you’ve chosen great names!

Both names are cute! I would never have associated [name_f]Violet[/name_f] with violence, and love the name [name_m]Anthony[/name_m].

I think both names are very nice. I have never associated violet with violence. [name_m]Anthony[/name_m] does not scream “old person” to me; it seems perfectly usable. [name_m]Don[/name_m]’t let other peoples negative opinions get to you. You’re doing great!

They’re beautiful names. I’ve gotten the same feedback on those names but I think it’s bogus.

Violet is incredibly sweet (especially with nn [name_f]Lettie[/name_f], but that might not be your cup of tea) and [name_m]Anthony[/name_m] is a classic. Sure there are old men named [name_m]Anthony[/name_m] but there are young men and boys with the name as well. It’s also not overly common so I doubt he’d be one of many in his class. [name_u]Orion[/name_u] is a super cool middle too.

Congratulations on your twins! My twins were my first pregnancy too. They are 2 now and I can tell you it does get easier.

Anthony and Violet are so cute together! The only associations I have with Violet are the color and flower and Anthony is a classic.
Both beautiful names! I love the subtle connection of having the letter “o” in each of them.

Btw Anthony is my husband’s name. Lol I don’t know if that makes it sound more or less “old” but he’s never had a problem with it.

Those names are so pretty, I don’t associate [name_f]Violet[/name_f] with Violence and [name_m]Anthony[/name_m] is so cool! With [name_u]Orion[/name_u] and [name_f]Leilia[/name_f] it makes them feel perfect.
[name_f]Hope[/name_f] this helps!

I really like both of those names! [name_f]Violet[/name_f] is so adorable, and I don’t get violence at all! [name_m]Anthony[/name_m] doesn’t sound old. [name_f]My[/name_f] only problem with [name_m]Anthony[/name_m] is bad associations with people I have met, but that shouldn’t stop you

Violet is an absolutely beautiful name and whilst [name_m]Anthony[/name_m] isn’t my style (I love [name_u]Orion[/name_u] though!), there’s absolutely nothing wrong with it at all. I think you should just ignore those comments and stick with what you love.

Haters gonna hate. But don’t let anyone get you down, you have two fantastic names picked out!! Stick with what you love!

Toughen up buddy!
(Or stop reading the comments if you can’t take it!)
These are great names, but (on the internet especially) anyone can say anything at no cost to them at all so yeah people say all sorts of stuff.

People generally only comment when they dislike a name, which is why there are so many negative comments. I assure you, your names are very lovely and charming! [name_f]Violet[/name_f] is a very popular name and evokes lovely imagery of purple flowers. I don’t think anyone would associate it with violence. [name_m]Anthony[/name_m] is very fresh and handsome!

You have lovely names! In my culture [name_m]Anthony[/name_m]/Antonio is a popular name! I know multiple younger people named [name_m]Anthony[/name_m] along with older ones, it’s a classics name but to me very modern, I also love [name_f]Violet[/name_f], you can never go wrong with a flower name! Never heard of Violence, but while I can see it, the pros always surpass the cons with this name!

Violet is one of my favorite names! I might swap first and middle for [name_m]Anthony[/name_m] [name_u]Orion[/name_u], but it’s totally up to you.

If you haven’t read enough positive views, I’ll add mine - [name_f]Violet[/name_f] and [name_m]Anthony[/name_m] are excellent names. Have confidence in your choices.

The names you pick are perfectly fine. They are similar in style (classic, not old) and cute. There will always be negative opinion, it doesn’t mean there’s something wrong with the name in itself. Middle names are great too, trust your choice

I like [name_f]Violet[/name_f] and [name_m]Anthony[/name_m]!

If the association I’m with [name_f]Violet[/name_f]/ Violent bugs you , you could always use [name_f]Viola[/name_f] or [name_f]Violette[/name_f]. Both are beautiful and take away from the “violent” association. [name_f]Violet[/name_f] [name_f]Leilia[/name_f] is a stunning combination
I adore a little [name_m]Anthony[/name_m]. I think it’s a great name with rich , strong and historical roots - also old names are certainly coming back! At daycare we have a [name_u]Wallace[/name_u] , [name_m]Harvey[/name_m] and [name_m]Winston[/name_m]. [name_m]Anthony[/name_m] is a timeless classic !
