For the girls, I would veto/delete:

[name_u]Zeppelin[/name_u] (literally a [name_m]German[/name_m] rigid airship. [name_f]Non[/name_f] traditional word names can be cool but this is really too military… which is not something I would like. Yeah.)
Kabria (Sounds too modern IMO and likely to get misspelled. The other names are names with important meaning or backstories.)

I would eliminate simply because it is NMS, though they are perfectly fine names so use them, but on case you need to clean the lists here are some ideas:

[name_f]Tallulah[/name_f] Hazel-Blume :heart_eyes::heart_eyes: 99/10 This one is so Telegraph-ly surprisingly modern (in a good way!) yet somehow eccentric and spunky (in a even better way!) while being romantically cool. It is also so bohémien and [name_f]Blume[/name_f] is a great [name_m]German[/name_m] word name (Blume was used generically in the past, [name_f]Bluma[/name_f] was a common yiddish name) and sounds a little vintage yet poetic for me. It sounds like a song written for children that is timeless or a ballad of the medieval times, but with modern feels in it. It sounds like nature and green for me, and has so great meanings. I never thought of this but this is so fantastic. So Telegraph-ly beautiful. Very different from other names of your lists but I would use this!!!

[name_f]Calliope[/name_f]! It means beautiful voice and was the name of one of the most important muses. I bet your girl will love the namesake, and you also get the whole Iliad starting with her name - “Sing to me, oh my divine Calliope…” It starts like this!

You have a fabulous set of names! As a non-US, and the therefore non-Southern US, resident, my perceptions possibly less relevant but here are the ones I’d strike off or not transfer to short list:

I think [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] would be nice too but it is super popular in US/UK and starting to rise a little here too, and I definitely got my ears tired of hearing it (on the internet naming forums, still haven’t met one IRL but I think you did, since we live in different context). I would use the other rarer choices you already have.

[name_u]Owen[/name_u], [name_u]Jude[/name_u] and [name_m]Cliff[/name_m] are great names and sounds good with the surname.

For girls - all of them look perfect except maybe [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] (has two strong syllables so might sound too long with Anderton), [name_f]Tallulah[/name_f] (ends in an “a” sound while Anderton starts with an “a” sound) and [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] (sounds like Anderton).

I love [name_f]Jillian[/name_f] Anderton but for me it makes me think immediately of [name_f]Gillian[/name_f] [name_u]Anderson[/name_u] so it depends whether you think you or other people will make that association!
