That’s happened to me once when my wifi was really bad, but it hasn’t happened since. Maybe the page wasn’t loaded properly or your connection is bad?

That very well could be it! It’s seemed to be fixed for now, but I’ll keep an eye out since it went on for so long!! thank you both

This tends to happen to me when my page isn’t loaded properly, the wifi is bad, or I’m on an old computer that is not updated.

Mine disappeared again. I see the links maybe 1/3 of the time and the rest of the time it doesn’t work

It happened right after the forum changeover and a couple of times since then, but I haven’t seen it in some time. Maybe something is being updated with the site as I think that is when it happened each of the previous times.
