I can’t find a name that means just “beautiful song”, but I have some suggestions.

[name_u]Harmony[/name_u]-A Beautiful Blending
If you are very determined for your daughter’s name to mean “beautiful song”, maybe you could consider two middle names or a double barrel name. Something like [name_f]Bella[/name_f] [name_f]Mavis[/name_f] or [name_f]Calliope[/name_f] [name_f]Sonnet[/name_f] would be cute. Good [name_m]Luck[/name_m]!
[name_f]Calliope[/name_f] / [name_f]Kalliope[/name_f] first came to mind means “beautiful voice”. [name_f]Calista[/name_f] / [name_f]Callista[/name_f] & [name_f]Calla[/name_f] mean most beautiful also.
I think the “beautiful” is somewhat implied in terms of song, right? I don’t think we’ll find a name with a meaning “average song” or “ugly song,” haha!
Can’t think of many others besides what’s been listed. Some Italian musical terms could work.
[name_f]Allegra[/name_f] (allegro means cheerful and lively)
[name_f]Alta[/name_f] (high, like a high note)
Amabilla (amabile means amiable, pleasant)
[name_f]Aria[/name_f] (vocal solo)
Some others… [name_f]Cadence[/name_f], [name_u]Harper[/name_u], [name_u]Lyric[/name_u], [name_u]Poet[/name_u], [name_u]Piper[/name_u], [name_f]Mavis[/name_f] (a type of English bird), [name_f]Carmina[/name_f] ([name_u]Carmen[/name_u], or [name_f]Charmaine[/name_f], feminine Latin for “song”), Aika (Japanese for “love song”), [name_f]Calandra[/name_f] (Greek for “lark”), [name_f]Riya[/name_f] (Hindi for “singer”), [name_m]Daine[/name_m] (Lithuanian for “song”), [name_f]Shira[/name_f] (Hebrew “song”), Zamira (Albanian for “beautiful voice”). An online translator would be a fun way to see if you can find a name with musical meaning…
Or … Maybe use a name that is taken after a musician, or a certain musical style? ([name_u]Calypso[/name_u]? [name_m]Hendrix[/name_m]?)
I think [name_f]Calliope[/name_f] would be perfect. Maybe [name_f]Calliope[/name_f] [name_f]Belle[/name_f] or [name_f]Calliope[/name_f] [name_f]Linda[/name_f]. [name_f]Calliope[/name_f] [name_f]Bonnie[/name_f] would be perfect too.
Avaleigh - a beautiful individual; a desired song
[name_u]Carmen[/name_u]- like the opera
[name_f]Caroline[/name_f]-variant of [name_f]Carol[/name_f]
[name_f]Carolina[/name_f]
[name_f]Serena[/name_f]-sirens were beautiful creatures that would sing to sailors (usually to their demise, but they must’ve been really beautiful songs!)
[name_f]Lorelai[/name_f]-the name of a specific siren
Sirens aren’t the only thing that embodies both beauty and song. What about bird names ([name_u]Wren[/name_u], [name_f]Lark[/name_f], [name_u]Dove[/name_u]) or instrument inspired ones ([name_f]Viola[/name_f], [name_u]Harper[/name_u]) [name_f]Do[/name_f] you have a musician you love? ([name_f]Ella[/name_f], [name_u]Billie[/name_u], [name_f]Joni[/name_f], [name_f]Mariah[/name_f])
It’s lovely you’re trying to remember your grandmother this way, good luck!
