I had a beagle named Bagel. 
One of my absolute favorite special toys was my little baby doll. I named her [name_u]Sunny[/name_u] after the Series of Unfortunate Events books.

I had a zillion stuffed animals and all had their own name. It was a running gag in the family…
The ones that I have the most attachment to were very creatively named Jag (a jaguar), Zickity (a talking zebra that said its name was [name_u]Ziggy[/name_u] but I misheard it), and Tombo (a turtle).
Zebras have always been my favorite animal, so I had like 20 zebra stuffed animals and they were all (except Zickity) named Stripy.

I had my favourite dolls called [name_f]Clementine[/name_f], [name_f]Philippa[/name_f], [name_f]Tallulah[/name_f], [name_f]Tilly[/name_f], and [name_u]Alfie[/name_u]. I had stuffed animals called Snowball, Funky, Groovy, [name_f]Ella[/name_f], [name_m]Herb[/name_m], Frog [name_m]Morton[/name_m], Bemerly and Droggy (a joke because I couldn’t pronounce ‘FR’ sounds when I was small)

my favorite dolls were: Violet Laura & Emma Parker (sisters) and Max Lucas & Luna Grace (siblings)
definitely a namenerd from childhood, and i took my role of mothering very seriously. and yes it’s a tad bit embarrassing that i still remember their full names

I had twin baby dolls that I named [name_u]Shannon[/name_u] and [name_f]Shayla[/name_f]. One doll was in a mint green onesie with a matching hat, the other had a white onesie with a matching hat. [name_u]Shannon[/name_u] (the one I played with most) had it’s eyes closed and [name_f]Shayla[/name_f] had open eyes. I had another that I named [name_f]Mia[/name_f]. She was very very small, with a plastic head and a soft body that was in a pink onesie,

Growing up, I had tons of dolls with different names. [name_f]Aurora[/name_f], [name_u]Marie[/name_u], [name_f]Iridessa[/name_f], [name_f]Stella[/name_f], [name_f]Rosabelle[/name_f], [name_f]Mariposa[/name_f], [name_f]Elsa[/name_f], [name_f]Violet[/name_f], [name_f]Liliana[/name_f], [name_f]Fantasia[/name_f], [name_f]Blossom[/name_f], [name_f]Adella[/name_f] and [name_u]Chelsea[/name_u] were a few. I also had dolls named [name_m]Ken[/name_m] (how original, and there were two of them!) and [name_m]Peter[/name_m]. I also have a black and white teddy bear (a panda, one might say) named [name_m]Sherlock[/name_m]. A smaller caramel teddy bear was named [name_f]Candy[/name_f] for the brand that made them.
I drew a lot of inspiration from the things I watched, bonus points for anyone guessing where these names came from!

I wasn’t yet a namenerd when I had toys of my own, but a doll we had for my sibling - I named her [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f]. Not that anyone knew she had a middle name… it was just [name_f]Lily[/name_f] for them.

All my toys had a name and I never changed them during different playtimes. I was thinking about it the other day and I don’t remember most of them

this is going to sound weird, but let me explain.
I didn’t like to play when I was growing up, I didn’t see the point, but I did have a blanket that I loved and talked to. I named it fluffy. and I still have to have fluffy in my bed with me for me to be able to sleep.

The first two dolls I named were Curly [name_u]Shirley[/name_u] and [name_f]Rosie[/name_f]. I have no idea why, they just were. When I was younger I would collect [name_u]Baby[/name_u] Alives and I used up all of my unique spellings on them (thank goodness, cus I can’t stand them now). I don’t remember them all (I had too many), but some I do are: [name_f]Clover[/name_f], [name_f]Frances[/name_f], [name_u]Scout[/name_u], and [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f].
I was not as creative with stuffed animals, they usually ended up as the animal they were (ex: [name_f]Bunny[/name_f] and Zebra)

my favorite baby dolls were the misses [name_f]Emily[/name_f], [name_f]Rosie[/name_f], [name_f]Rebecca[/name_f], [name_f]Olivia[/name_f], and [name_f]Hope[/name_f]. my favorite stuffed animals were [name_f]Emma[/name_f] and [name_f]Ellie[/name_f]. my favorite [name_f]Barbie[/name_f] dolls (I had so many!) had some creatively fun names: [name_f]Bella[/name_f] Moonlight and [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] [name_f]Esmeralda[/name_f] were my favorites!

the “names” of my toys were more like descriptors
my teddies were called Cream [name_u]Bear[/name_u] and [name_u]Blue[/name_u] [name_u]Bear[/name_u]
