Would not suggest [name_m]Montgomery[/name_m] [name_m]Ward[/name_m], as that’s the name of an old department store (recently rebooted as an online store). Though depending on where you’re located, the association might not be an issue.
Of the others, I like [name_u]Lawrence[/name_u] and [name_m]Benjamin[/name_m], especially for [name_u]Wren[/name_u] and [name_m]Benji[/name_m]! [name_m]Benjamin[/name_m] [name_u]Lawrence[/name_u] [name_m]Ward[/name_m] would actually make quite the handsome combo.
I think [name_u]Lawrence[/name_u] is such an underused amazing name so my vote goes for [name_u]Lawrence[/name_u] nn [name_u]Wren[/name_u]. My second favourite is [name_m]Montgomery[/name_m] nn [name_m]Monty[/name_m]. While I don’t dislike [name_m]Benjamin[/name_m] and [name_u]Parker[/name_u] they feel a bit boring to me in comparison to the other two names on your list.
All lovely names and seem similar in style… except [name_u]Parker[/name_u]. That one stands out as much more modern/trendy in feel to your other options, and Parkie as a nickname is a little bit weird to my ears as it is a slang term for “cold/chilly” where I live.
[name_u]Lawrence[/name_u] nn [name_u]Wren[/name_u] is a great idea and a lovely name, but not so sure about [name_u]Wren[/name_u] [name_m]Ward[/name_m]… I’d probably go with [name_m]Benjamin[/name_m]/[name_m]Benji[/name_m] - it flows nicely and there are no associations at all as far as I can tell. [name_m]Monty[/name_m] is lovely but [name_m]Montgomery[/name_m] is a bit of a mouthful and has a few not-so-great connotations (e.g. [name_m]Burns[/name_m])
While I like [name_m]Montgomery[/name_m], I had to google why [name_m]Montgomery[/name_m] [name_m]Ward[/name_m] was so familiar and came across the catalogue retailer. It might not be an issue for his generation but I might avoid it nonetheless. [name_m]Benjamin[/name_m] [name_m]Montgomery[/name_m] would get my vote. I like [name_m]Benjamin[/name_m] [name_u]Elias[/name_u] and [name_m]Benjamin[/name_m] [name_m]Lewis[/name_m] as well.
My favourite on your list is [name_u]Lawrence[/name_u], nn [name_u]Wren[/name_u], although for a boy I would use [name_u]Ren[/name_u] as [name_u]Wren[/name_u] seems to have gone to the girls side. All of the full names flow well with your last name but I don’t think the nicknames do. [name_u]Wren[/name_u]/[name_u]Ren[/name_u] [name_m]Ward[/name_m] is bit of a tongue twister. Of the choices I think [name_m]Benjamin[/name_m] ([name_m]Benji[/name_m]) (although as an adult he would likely be called [name_m]Ben[/name_m] [name_m]Ward[/name_m] which is again, short and choppy) or [name_m]Montgomery[/name_m] ([name_m]Monty[/name_m]) sound best with [name_m]Ward[/name_m].
Oh funny, I know a [name_m]Benjamin[/name_m] [name_m]Ward[/name_m]! The name flows very well. I wouldn’t choose [name_u]Parker[/name_u] [name_m]Ward[/name_m] as it reminds me of a park-keeper AND a warden!

[name_m]Montgomery[/name_m] ([name_m]Monty[/name_m]) - Honestly, my first impression of this is the [name_m]Montgomery[/name_m] bus boycott, and my second impression is [name_m]Monty[/name_m] Python. Overall, it’s an okay name, just be prepared for the possibility of a lot of references.
[name_u]Lawrence[/name_u] ([name_u]Wren[/name_u]) - The name is very nice. It’s a classic name that doesn’t come off too strong or is overly used, it’s just right. [name_u]Wren[/name_u], although a cute name, is an iffy nickname for [name_u]Lawrence[/name_u]. It sounds a bit like a reach; however, you may be able to make it work.
[name_m]Benjamin[/name_m] ([name_m]Benji[/name_m]) - [name_m]Benjamin[/name_m] is, once again, a classic name that’s just right. I also like the fact that you used [name_m]Benji[/name_m] instead of [name_m]Ben[/name_m] or [name_m]Benny[/name_m], which is fresh and original but isn’t too over the top. So far, this is my favorite pairing.
[name_u]Parker[/name_u] (Parkie) - [name_u]Parker[/name_u]'s a cute nickname, and I do like it, but I feel like it’s becoming very common and it’s underwhelming. Parkie is also a nickname that feels forced and may not age well.
