Name Rater

I’m in the mood for rating some names, so leave me up to five combos (or single names) for each gender (or just one gender) and I’ll give you my opinion and rate them out of 10. I’m not going to sugarcoat my opinions, and so I apologise in advance if I offend anyone unintentionally, but I’d rather be completely honest otherwise I might as well not do this.

Let’s go!

These are my top five for each gender. I know they are not to everybody’s tastes, but I’m always interested to hear what other people think of them.

Boys:
[name_m]Jethro[/name_m] [name_m]Tobias[/name_m]
[name_u]Lionel[/name_u] [name_m]Vincent[/name_m]
[name_m]Malcolm[/name_m] [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] “[name_u]Mal[/name_u]”
[name_m]Barnaby[/name_m] [name_m]Dashiell[/name_m] “[name_m]Barns[/name_m]”
[name_m]Chester[/name_m] [name_m]George[/name_m] “[name_m]Chet[/name_m]”

Girls:
[name_f]Fiona[/name_f] [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] “[name_u]Fee[/name_u]”
[name_f]Nell[/name_f] [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f]
[name_u]Romy[/name_u] [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f]
[name_f]Tess[/name_f] [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f]
[name_f]Hettie[/name_f] [name_f]Juliet[/name_f]

These are my top 5 for each, at the moment. I’ve swapped and changed the middles a few times and I’m open to suggestions.

Girls:
[name_f]Ivy[/name_f] [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f]
[name_f]Lyra[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f]
[name_f]Poppy[/name_f] [name_f]Matilda[/name_f]
[name_f]Eliza[/name_f] [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f]
[name_u]Wallis[/name_u] [name_f]Katherine[/name_f]

Boys:
[name_m]Harrison[/name_m] [name_m]Lysander[/name_m]
[name_u]James[/name_u] [name_m]Anthony[/name_m]
[name_m]Hugo[/name_m] [name_m]Benjamin[/name_m]
[name_u]Rory[/name_u] [name_m]Alexander[/name_m]
[name_m]Malachy[/name_m] [name_m]George[/name_m]

I haven’t got anything set for boys, so is it ok to do ten for girls?

[name_f]Florence[/name_f] [name_f]Amelia[/name_f]
[name_f]Agatha[/name_f] [name_f]Lily[/name_f]
[name_f]Minnie[/name_f] [name_f]Katherine[/name_f]
[name_f]Nettie[/name_f] [name_f]Lavinia[/name_f]
[name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Lucy[/name_f]

If I can do ten for girls, the other five are;

[name_f]Doris[/name_f] [name_f]Juliette[/name_f]
[name_f]Audrey[/name_f] [name_f]Madeline[/name_f]
[name_f]Florrie[/name_f] [name_f]May[/name_f]
[name_f]Amelie[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f]
[name_f]Nellie[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f]

Cool! I don’t really do combos.
GIRLS
[name_f]Lily[/name_f]
[name_f]Fflur[/name_f] [fleer]
[name_f]Elsa[/name_f] “[name_f]Elsie[/name_f]”
[name_f]Araminta[/name_f] “[name_f]Minty[/name_f]”
[name_f]Hazel[/name_f]

BOYS
[name_u]Finn[/name_u]
[name_u]Sam[/name_u]
[name_m]John[/name_m] “Johnkin”
[name_m]Cove[/name_m] [a GP anyway]
[name_m]Harry[/name_m]

Have at 'em

Boys:
[name_m]Jack[/name_m] [name_m]Evander[/name_m]
[name_m]Oliver[/name_m] [name_u]Rhys[/name_u]
[name_m]Leo[/name_m] [name_m]Maximilian[/name_m]
[name_m]Jonah[/name_m] [name_u]Everett[/name_u]

Girls:
[name_f]Eliza[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f]
[name_f]Dahlia[/name_f] [name_f]Marguerite[/name_f]
[name_f]Georgiana[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]
[name_f]Emilia[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f]
[name_f]Josephine[/name_f] [name_f]Elle[/name_f]

[name_m]Jethro[/name_m] [name_m]Tobias[/name_m]: I think the combo flows well, and I like that it’s a mix of less common names (8/10)
[name_m]Jethro[/name_m]: Not my favourite name, but I don’t hate it, and I like that it’s not that common (5/10)
[name_m]Tobias[/name_m]: I adore [name_m]Tobias[/name_m], the nn [name_u]Toby[/name_u] is so handsome. [name_f]Do[/name_f] slightly prefer [name_m]Tobiah[/name_m] or [name_m]Tobin[/name_m], but [name_m]Tobias[/name_m] is very handsome (9/10)

[name_u]Lionel[/name_u] [name_m]Vincent[/name_m]: Neither name is on my list, but I do like that they’re the same sort of style. The flow is nice too (6/10)
[name_u]Lionel[/name_u]: Not really my thing. I quite like that you could call him [name_m]Lion[/name_m] as a nn, but I can’t imagine a baby named [name_u]Lionel[/name_u] (4/10)
[name_m]Vincent[/name_m]: Handsome, but not my favourite. I’m also not a fan of the nn [name_m]Vince[/name_m] or [name_u]Vinny[/name_u]. I do think it has a nice feel to it, it reminds of [name_m]Charles[/name_m] or [name_m]Edmund[/name_m] in style, but I can’t picture a baby [name_m]Vincent[/name_m] (4/10)

[name_m]Malcolm[/name_m] [name_m]Arthur[/name_m]: I like the flow of this combo. I think it would need a one or three syllable surname so that it doesn’t sound too sing songy. Not a huge fan of the nn [name_u]Mal[/name_u] (7/10)
[name_m]Malcolm[/name_m]: It sounds very dated to me, my friend’s dad is named [name_m]Malcolm[/name_m] and so I can’t really picture it on a baby (3/10)
[name_m]Arthur[/name_m]: [name_u]Love[/name_u], love, love [name_m]Arthur[/name_m]. I think it’s incredibly handsome, although I’m not a fan of the nn [name_m]Artie[/name_m] (9/10)

[name_m]Barnaby[/name_m] [name_m]Dashiell[/name_m]: I think this is a very handsome combo, I love the flow, and I think it would age really well. Not a fan of the nn [name_m]Barns[/name_m] though (9/10)
[name_m]Barnaby[/name_m]: I adore [name_m]Barnaby[/name_m], I think it would be so cute with the nn [name_m]Barney[/name_m]. (9/10)
[name_m]Dashiell[/name_m]: I like [name_m]Dashiell[/name_m] but I always get hung up on the way to pronounce it. [name_u]Love[/name_u] the nn [name_u]Dash[/name_u] though (8/10)

[name_m]Chester[/name_m] [name_m]George[/name_m]: While the flow is okay it’s a little hard for me to say, I feel like [name_m]George[/name_m] [name_m]Chester[/name_m] might flow a little better. The combination of names is nice though. The nn [name_m]Chet[/name_m] feels very cowboy to me (5/10)
[name_m]Chester[/name_m]: Not a fan. It just reminds me of an old man, and I have a really hard time picturing it on a baby (2/10 sorry)
[name_m]George[/name_m]: I like this, but it’s tied to the royal baby for me. I do enjoy the sound though, and can picture it on a baby (6/10)

[name_f]Fiona[/name_f] [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f]: This flows really well, I like the combination of names and how well they go together (8/10)
[name_f]Fiona[/name_f]: I’m not a huge fan of [name_f]Fiona[/name_f], it reminds me of the princess from Shrek, but I do think that it has a sweet sound (6/10)
[name_f]Beatrix[/name_f]: I completely adore [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f], I love it’s spunky feel and it’s literary connections. I do slightly prefer [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f], but [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] has a much more rebellious feel for me personally (9/10)

[name_f]Nell[/name_f] [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f]: I utterly adore this combo, I had it on my list for a while. I love the flow, and I feel like the names go perfectly together (10/10)
[name_f]Nell[/name_f]: I am in love with [name_f]Nell[/name_f], I can picture it on a baby as well as an adult, and I think that even though it has history as a nickname it can stand on it’s own perfectly well (10/10)
[name_f]Cordelia[/name_f]: I love the sound of [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f], the nn [name_f]Delia[/name_f] or [name_f]Lia[/name_f] put me off a little, but I still love the sound of it (9/10)

[name_u]Romy[/name_u] [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f]: I’m not entirely sure that these names go in style, they feel a little off to me. The flow is great though (6/10)
[name_u]Romy[/name_u]: I adore [name_u]Romy[/name_u] as a nickname, but I don’t know how I feel about it as a full name, I’m not sure it can stand on it’s own (7/10)
[name_f]Anneliese[/name_f]: I love this name, I adore the nns [name_f]Annie[/name_f] and [name_f]Liesel[/name_f]. I think it sounds trendy in style while not being overly popular (10/10)

[name_f]Tess[/name_f] [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f]: I like the flow of this combo, the shorter first name and longer middle name is something that I think works really well (8/10)
[name_f]Tess[/name_f]: I do prefer [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] over [name_f]Tess[/name_f], but I do think it’s cute. Not sure that I can see just [name_f]Tess[/name_f] as a full name, but I don’t like any of the longer names for it either (6/10)
[name_f]Vivienne[/name_f]: [name_f]Adore[/name_f] [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f], although I actually prefer [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] over it at the moment. [name_u]Love[/name_u] the nn [name_f]Vivi[/name_f], and I like the sort of [name_m]French[/name_m] feel it gives off (8/10)

[name_f]Hettie[/name_f] [name_f]Juliet[/name_f]: I feel like the ‘et’ sounds in [name_f]Hettie[/name_f] and [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] clash a little. [name_f]Heather[/name_f] [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] with the nn [name_f]Hettie[/name_f] would be gorgeous (5/10)
[name_f]Hettie[/name_f]: I do prefer this as a nn for [name_f]Heather[/name_f], but it’s cute on it’s own as well. Not sure it stands well on it’s own though (6/10)
[name_f]Juliet[/name_f]: I love the literary connection this name has, and the nns [name_u]Julie[/name_u] and [name_f]Etta[/name_f] are so cute (8/10)

[name_f]Hope[/name_f] you like my ratings! I don’t mean to offend anyone, I’m just being completely honest with my thoughts, so I apologise if I offended you accidentally.

[name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] [name_f]Maya[/name_f]
[name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] [name_f]Xanthe[/name_f]
[name_f]Luna[/name_f] Marcelline
[name_f]Drusilla[/name_f] [name_f]Pearl[/name_f] - nn [name_u]Dru[/name_u]
Marcelline [name_f]Aurora[/name_f]

[name_m]Evander[/name_m] [name_m]Charles[/name_m] [name_m]Lorcan[/name_m] or just [name_m]Evander[/name_m] [name_m]Lorcan[/name_m]
[name_m]George[/name_m] [name_m]Linus[/name_m] [name_m]Beauregard[/name_m] or just [name_m]George[/name_m] [name_m]Beauregard[/name_m]

[name_f]My[/name_f] top 5 for each:

[name_m]Jonah[/name_m]
[name_m]Samuel[/name_m]
[name_m]Simon[/name_m]
[name_m]Samuel[/name_m]
[name_u]Jesse[/name_u]

[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]
[name_f]Anna[/name_f]
[name_f]Nora[/name_f]
[name_f]Lorelai[/name_f]
[name_f]Dinah[/name_f]

Well, I don’t have much for boy combos at the moment (because with those I need another person to agree with me, haha) but I do have five favorite girl combos, so have at it!

[name_f]Mirabelle[/name_f] [name_f]Irene[/name_f]
[name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] [name_f]Louise[/name_f]
[name_f]Aurora[/name_f] [name_f]Faye[/name_f]
[name_f]Serena[/name_f] [name_f]Lux[/name_f]
[name_f]Rosamund[/name_f] [name_u]Fable[/name_u]

[name_m]Don[/name_m]'t worry you didn’t offend me; I value anyone’s opinion as long as they’re nice about it. I understand that my choice of names is not to everyone’s taste; I love them and that’s what matters. Still, I like to get other people’s opinions and I felt you made some good points about some of them.

I know that [name_u]Lionel[/name_u], [name_m]Malcolm[/name_m] and [name_m]Chester[/name_m] are seen as too “old-fashioned” by many, but I think they are adorable on babies, but work well as they age too. I also agree that the flow of [name_m]Chester[/name_m] [name_m]George[/name_m] is maybe a little stunted, but I found it hard to find a middle for [name_m]Chester[/name_m] that I loved.

As for the girls… I like the connection to [name_f]Princess[/name_f] [name_f]Fiona[/name_f] from Shrek, she was one kick-ass princess! I want to keep [name_u]Romy[/name_u] and [name_f]Hettie[/name_f] as full names because I dislike most long forms and the one I do like ([name_f]Ramona[/name_f] for [name_u]Romy[/name_u]) cannot be used in conjunction with [name_f]Fiona[/name_f] (which is my number 1 name) sigh. I agree that [name_u]Romy[/name_u] and [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f] are maybe too different in style to work together, but I love both names very much, so I wanted to include them somehow. I also see the problem with the repeated sounds in [name_f]Hettie[/name_f] [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] (others have told me this). Again, I love both names… maybe I could mix and match - [name_u]Romy[/name_u] [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] and [name_f]Hettie[/name_f] [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f]?

Not trying to steal the original posters idea but I thought I’d continue this thread by rating some comments which haven’t been replied to yet.

[name_f]Ivy[/name_f] [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] - I like the combo and the vintage feel. 8/10
[name_f]Ivy[/name_f] - [name_u]LOVE[/name_u]! It’s so pretty and will work on all age groups!
[name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] - not my style but pairs well with [name_f]Ivy[/name_f]. All I think about is the place in Australia.

[name_f]Lyra[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] - The flow is off to me. I think the first name needs an odd number of syllables to pair with elegant [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f]. 5/10
[name_f]Lyra[/name_f] - Not a fan, to be honest it’s not a name I like at all; that’s if I’m pronouncing it correctly. Is it ‘[name_u]LEE[/name_u]-ra’ or ‘LIE-ra’?
[name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] - I love [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f]. It reminds me of a beautiful ballerina.

[name_f]Poppy[/name_f] [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] - very cute name. I think it’s too cute. I don’t know whether [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] would not age well. I like it as a nickname but cannot picture it on an adult. 6/10
[name_f]Poppy[/name_f] - very cute! I like as a nickname for [name_f]Penelope[/name_f].
[name_f]Matilda[/name_f] - Not my style but liking the literary link and the link to an iconic Australian song.

[name_f]Eliza[/name_f] [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] - my favourite of your combos! The perfect combination of names; I love the vintage feel and the fact that both names are well-known but not too common. 10/10
[name_f]Eliza[/name_f] - I love [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] as a stand alone name (rather than [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f]). It’s lovely. And I think it will ag every well.
[name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] - [name_u]Love[/name_u] this name, especially with [name_f]Eliza[/name_f]. I like the exotic feel.

[name_u]Wallis[/name_u] [name_f]Katherine[/name_f] - [name_u]Wallis[/name_u] feels very masculine to me. I’m not liking this combination at all to be honest. Perhaps [name_u]Ellis[/name_u] [name_f]Katherine[/name_f]? Or [name_f]Willow[/name_f] [name_f]Katherine[/name_f]? 3/10
[name_u]Wallis[/name_u] - I like [name_u]Wallace[/name_u] ([name_u]Wally[/name_u]) as a boys name. But not as a girls name.
[name_f]Katherine[/name_f] - I think this is very old fashioned. I like [name_f]Katerina[/name_f] better, especially with the nickname [name_f]Kat[/name_f].

[name_m]Harrison[/name_m] [name_m]Lysander[/name_m] - I’m liking [name_m]Harrison[/name_m]. It’s a last name name I quite like. I don’t think the flow is right though, the “S” sound is too close for my taste. I actually think [name_m]Harrison[/name_m] [name_m]Alexander[/name_m] is quite nice. 5/10
[name_m]Harrison[/name_m] - Not really my style. I find it more appealing than just [name_m]Harry[/name_m] though.
[name_m]Lysander[/name_m] - I don’t really get this name. I want to like it but I can’t. I do like the girl form - Lysandra.

[name_u]James[/name_u] [name_m]Anthony[/name_m] - both classic names. A bit to popular for my taste but can see the attraction. 6/10
[name_u]James[/name_u] - Cute and will age well.
[name_m]Anthony[/name_m] - I [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] [name_m]Anton[/name_m] and this is a variant form I’m not really a fan of. I think [name_u]James[/name_u] [name_u]Antoine[/name_u] is stunning.

[name_m]Hugo[/name_m] [name_m]Benjamin[/name_m] - I like the flow of the name. And I like [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] a lot! I like [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] [name_m]Benedict[/name_m] as well if you wanted to go a bit more out there. Or [name_m]Bennett[/name_m] [name_m]Hugo[/name_m]. 8/10
[name_m]Hugo[/name_m] - I like this name way more than just [name_m]Hugh[/name_m]. It would be majorly cute on a toddler, aww I can see it now. Well-known but not too popular.
[name_m]Benjamin[/name_m] - nice name, I just know too many.

[name_u]Rory[/name_u] [name_m]Alexander[/name_m] - I do like the flow however this is where I would put [name_m]Lysander[/name_m]! I think it would pair much better with [name_u]Rory[/name_u]. 8/10
[name_u]Rory[/name_u] - I think this is very cute on a kid and will age well. I much prefer this on a boy than a girl but you have to be weary of this (it’s going to the girls). I think of a little rebellious [name_u]Rory[/name_u].
[name_m]Alexander[/name_m] - a classic which isn’t too popular. I like [name_u]Alex[/name_u] or [name_m]Zander[/name_m] for nicknames. I think this would go better with [name_m]Harrison[/name_m].

[name_m]Malachy[/name_m] [name_m]George[/name_m] - not a fan sorry. [name_m]Malachy[/name_m] ([name_m]Malachi[/name_m]) is very close to an insulting word in Greek so I cannot see past this. [name_m]George[/name_m] is cute though 4/10
[name_m]Malachy[/name_m] - not a fan. Much prefer Mattais or [name_m]Malcolm[/name_m] (or anything else).
[name_m]George[/name_m] - very cute on a little boy!

Thank you for your opinions!

I originally had [name_f]Lyra[/name_f] (pronounced Lie-rah) [name_f]Temperance[/name_f] rather than [name_f]Lyra[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] but, to be honest, neither feel quite right yet. [name_u]Wallis[/name_u] is all girl to me, because of [name_u]Wallis[/name_u] [name_m]Simpson[/name_m], but [name_f]Katherine[/name_f] - which I’m a big fan of - helps with feminizing it.

[name_m]Harrison[/name_m] [name_m]Lysander[/name_m] hasn’t felt right to me for a while either but I’m hesitant to put [name_m]Lysander[/name_m] with [name_u]Rory[/name_u] and likewise [name_m]Alexander[/name_m] with [name_m]Harrison[/name_m]. Thanks again.

[name_f]Florence[/name_f] [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] - Pretty but not my style. I like the vintage feel. 7/10
[name_f]Florence[/name_f] - I prefer [name_f]Flora[/name_f] but this is cute. [name_f]Flo[/name_f] is a pretty cute nickname too.
[name_f]Amelia[/name_f] - I prefer [name_f]Amelie[/name_f]. I think this is becoming more common too.

[name_f]Agatha[/name_f] [name_f]Lily[/name_f] - I have always thought [name_f]Agatha[/name_f] was sort of an ugly name and [name_f]Lily[/name_f] was a very “nothing” sort of name, but I am really liking this combination. The clunkiness of [name_f]Agatha[/name_f] with the softness of [name_f]Lily[/name_f] really work in my opinion! 7/10
[name_f]Agatha[/name_f] - I only think this could work with a cute nickname, [name_f]Aggie[/name_f] perhaps?
[name_f]Lily[/name_f] - Very popular in my opinion, prefer [name_f]Lillian[/name_f]/[name_f]Liliana[/name_f] with [name_f]Lily[/name_f] as a nickname.

[name_f]Minnie[/name_f] [name_f]Katherine[/name_f] - I’m just not feeling [name_f]Minnie[/name_f]. [name_f]Katherine[/name_f] is a classic, but I cannot get over [name_f]Minnie[/name_f] Mouse and the name literally sounds like “little [name_f]Katherine[/name_f]”. And what if [name_f]Minnie[/name_f] is not a small person, I can already sense the teasing. I cannot picture an adult with this name. 3/10
[name_f]Minnie[/name_f] - Only as a nickname. Too much teasing potential to be honest.
[name_f]Katherine[/name_f] - Cute! I like the nickname [name_f]Kat[/name_f].

[name_f]Nettie[/name_f] [name_f]Lavinia[/name_f] - I actually think [name_f]Annette[/name_f] [name_f]Lavinia[/name_f] with the nickname [name_f]Nettie[/name_f] would be very cute! [name_f]Nettie[/name_f] on its own doesn’t have enough “substance” as a name to me. Again, I cannot picture an adult with this name. 6/10
[name_f]Nettie[/name_f] - opinions as above^. I prefer as a nickname for [name_f]Annette[/name_f].
[name_f]Lavinia[/name_f] - I like as a middle, and actually think [name_u]Vinnie[/name_u] is a cute nickname for a girl! Sort of like [name_f]Minnie[/name_f]?

[name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] - [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f]. This combination works but I think [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Lucille[/name_f] flows better! 9/10
[name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] - [name_u]Love[/name_u] [name_f]Nora[/name_f] or [name_f]Ella[/name_f] as nicknames. I love how this name is becoming more recognised.
[name_f]Lucy[/name_f] - Prefer this as a nickname.

[name_f]Doris[/name_f] [name_f]Juliette[/name_f] - I dont think [name_f]Doris[/name_f] is that usable on a baby of the 21st century. It feels very old fashioned, i know all “old lady names” used to be for babies at one stage but I dont think this one works. The flow is nice however. 5/10
[name_f]Doris[/name_f] - Cute but would have to be one hell of a kid to pull it off…
[name_f]Juliette[/name_f] - Not my style but its pretty. And i like the Shakespearean connection (different spelling).

[name_f]Audrey[/name_f] [name_f]Madeline[/name_f] - I think this is only of my favourites on your list! [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] is very pretty and will age well! I’m really liking this combination too! 9/10
[name_f]Audrey[/name_f] - I would love to meet a little [name_f]Audrey[/name_f]! So cute and has a great historical connection.
[name_f]Madeline[/name_f] - I prefer the [name_f]Madeleine[/name_f] spelling/pronunciation but it works. However, I loath the nickname [name_f]Maddy[/name_f]/[name_f]Maddi[/name_f].

[name_f]Florrie[/name_f] [name_f]May[/name_f] - I cannot picture an adult with this name. Prefer your [name_f]Florence[/name_f] combination. 4/10
[name_f]Florrie[/name_f] - As a nickname for [name_f]Florence[/name_f] = yay!
[name_f]May[/name_f] - meh… Does nothing for me sorry. But i like this spelling over [name_f]Mae[/name_f]

[name_f]Amelie[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f] - I like [name_f]Amelie[/name_f] but i think the flow is off. In this combo I’d use [name_f]Katherine[/name_f] or [name_f]Katerina[/name_f]. 6/10
[name_f]Amelie[/name_f] - Like [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] but more exotic, more fresh. I like it.
[name_f]Kate[/name_f] - I prefer its longer variants.

[name_f]Nellie[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] - [name_f]Nellie[/name_f] is a much more usable nickname name. I like the combination of names, especially with the sophistication of [name_f]Josephine[/name_f]. 6/10
[name_f]Nellie[/name_f] - Not my style but its cute.
[name_f]Josephine[/name_f] - I love this! [name_u]Jo[/name_u]/[name_u]Josie[/name_u] are cute nicknames too! I think this would age well on a girl! I like the combination [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] [name_f]Noelle[/name_f] if you wanted to keep that connection!
