I was looking up a chain of restaurants for my mum and there were contacts named [name_m]Jeremia[/name_m], [name_m]Jhon[/name_m], and [name_u]Milan[/name_u]. [name_f]My[/name_f] first thought was that [name_m]Jeremia[/name_m] is a creative feminization of [name_m]Jeremiah[/name_m]. I can’t help but wonder if [name_m]Jhon[/name_m] was (mis)spelled that way on purpose to be different or if the parents just didn’t know how to spell it. [name_m]Jhon[/name_m] has a very Hispanic surname, I looked up [name_u]Milan[/name_u]'s and it’s Turkish, [name_m]Jeremia[/name_m]'s isn’t particularly ethnic.
[name_m]Jeremia[/name_m] actually works quite well for a girl to me, with [name_f]Mia[/name_f] as an easy feminine nickname. [name_m]Jhon[/name_m] just looks weird, even typing it feels weird. I quite like the exotic, stylish vibe of [name_u]Milan[/name_u]- I think of high fashion and glamour in general because of the city association.
