None of the names on your popular list strike me as out of place or extremely overused, so I think you’re fine!

my favourites:

copeland - cowboy and cool, familiar sounds while being unique
dacre - love the naturey meaning
fielder - i love the imagery i get from this name! it feels rural and soft
harvest - i love the potential for the nickname harvey. feels like a very yellow-orange and warm name!
rooney - i love this for a boy! i used to have him as a nickname for maroon on my list which you might also like!
shepry- feels like a cool take on the more popular shepherd!
townes - feels very cowboy and i think he matches your moodboard well!

my least favourites:

bing- reminds me of the search engine
kordell - only because i think cordell would work better with your list. i like kordell for a girl, though!
law - feels a little too on the nose, maybe lawson, lockie, lawton, or lockyer as alternatives?
taurus - reminds me of the ford taurus car but i think this might just be me lol (;
boss - very managerial
