Hello, it’s me again. What do you think of the three names? Please be honest, whether it’s positive or negative. I know they have some similarities, but I really like all three. You can rate 1-3 or just your favorite one .
[name_f]Eliora[/name_f] is my favorite. I think her pronunciation would be the most intuitive and her spelling the most streamlined—without being dull in the least! (“Just” [name_f]Elora[/name_f] would be my fave, but I really enjoy [name_f]Eliora[/name_f] from your three picks.)
Unfortunately, we live in europe. And a lot of italians associate [name_f]Elora[/name_f] with [name_f]Alora[/name_f]. Same withe the french people. That’s why [name_f]Elora[/name_f] could never be on my list
[name_f]Elysia[/name_f] is so pretty, a bit mystical but familiar sounding. [name_f]Eliora[/name_f] doesn’t quite roll off the tongue for me. Elyra looks misspelled to me, but the sound is quite nice. Maybe [name_f]Alira[/name_f]?
[name_f]My[/name_f] daughter’s name is very similar to Elyra so I’m drawn to that one though I prefer the [name_f]Alira[/name_f] spelling.
[name_f]Eliora[/name_f] is pretty cool. I like the nn potentials (Eli/Ela/Lior/Lira/Lora/Lio/Ora/Lia)
More fun to say for sure and prettier spelling. Get a kind of roaring lion vibe from the [name_u]Lior[/name_u] part but also kinda spunky and whimsical.
[name_f]Elysia[/name_f] not fond of either pronunciations though I like the nn [name_u]Ely[/name_u].
[name_f]Eliora[/name_f] because it is simple, without alternate spellings, and is sweet and modern yet somehow strong. Like a fantasy book character, though.
i’m drawn to elyra !! it has a really enchanting fantasy feel to it. my second choice would be eliora, which i also find gorgeous. elysia doesn’t really do it for me, but i do think it’s very pretty.
I’m really drawn to Elyra! [name_f]Eliora[/name_f] feels fussy to me because I’m more used to [name_f]Elora[/name_f] (although I’ve seen above why you’re not keen on [name_f]Elora[/name_f] which is fair!). [name_f]Elysia[/name_f] is also really nice, I prefer ‘el-ee-zhuh’ to ‘el-ee-see-uh’ and think you’d probably get a mix of both from people.
Elyra doesn’t appear to be in the database which makes it intriguing, and it looks more streamlined than your other choices whilst still being beautiful and princessy!
[name_f]My[/name_f] favorites are Elyra and [name_f]Elysia[/name_f], I love those! [name_f]Eliora[/name_f] is pretty as well, but I prefer the other two
