Remember how I wanted to name my kid [name_f]Kamala[/name_f] after my grandma and [name_f]Kamala[/name_f] [name_m]Harris[/name_m]?
So, turns out, my grandma hates [name_f]Kamala[/name_f] [name_m]Harris[/name_m].
I’m still totally gonna use [name_f]Kamala[/name_f] and honor them both though

I know a person named [name_f]Isis[/name_f]! [name_f]Isis[/name_f] is a Hispanic name, and she was born way before. She is so sweet and lovely, I feel so bad for her!

I literally only like names because of their spelling and sound.
Probably helps that the only “kids” I’m having are fictional characters (which really makes me an oddball since pretty everyone here is planning on having actual children one day).
But I also don’t fit in because everyone else seems to be deeply interested in the meaning and history of names.
And that’s cool! It’s just not for me.
