Me and one of my friends were discussing [name_u]America[/name_u] Ferrera, or more specifically who names their kid [name_u]America[/name_u]. This conversation would then develop into who could pick a more random country as a name:
“Hey [name_u]France[/name_u] I’m Turkey”
“Hey Turkey I’m Uzbekistan”
“Hey Venezuela I’m Denmark”
“Hey [name_m]Denmark[/name_m] It’s me São [name_m]Tomé[/name_m] and Príncipe”

Me personally my favorite nn for her is [name_f]Kika[/name_f] but I’ve seen people use Méri, Amé, [name_f]Rica[/name_f], Érica, Éri and [name_u]Mica[/name_u] before. [name_f]América[/name_f] is actually a variant of [name_m]Amerigo[/name_m] (Italian) and [name_m]Emmerich[/name_m] (Germanic) which in turn actually makes it a variant of the name [name_u]Emery[/name_u] instead of a place name (Emery could also work as a nn too)!
