Lately I’ve been liking names such as [name_u]Casey[/name_u], [name_u]Jesse[/name_u], [name_u]Jamie[/name_u], etc… but some people have been telling me these names are too “girly,” especially [name_u]Casey[/name_u]. Which I totally understand, though I’ve known a few male [name_u]Casey[/name_u]’s in my life and they were not at girly. And they didn’t seem to be ridiculed for their “girly” name. And all of the [name_u]Jamie[/name_u]’s I’ve known have been the same way…
So I’m wondering… Does anyone have any boys with EE sound endings?
What names do you all like or dislike with that ending sound? I’m super curious on other people’s thoughts and opinions!
TIA!
I love plenty of names with these endings, especially [name_u]Darcy[/name_u], [name_u]Remy[/name_u] and [name_u]Rory[/name_u]. Some people probably think of these as feminine but to me they’re entirely masculine, and here in Australia they’re mostly used on boys. Some others of this style I love are [name_m]Monty[/name_m], [name_u]Franky[/name_u], [name_u]Freddie[/name_u], [name_m]Henry[/name_m] and [name_u]Teddy[/name_u].
I like these endings for both genders! (Also [name_u]Jamie[/name_u] is one of my favorite names and I find it very unisex in general). Here are some I like which don’t think have been mentioned yet:
