I’d love some opinions on the names I’ve chosen, as well as more ideas for new names - do include the meaning/significance behind the name as well as a possible appearance and personality for that character!
Also, which name would you pick for the [name_f]Alpha[/name_f] and [name_f]Beta[/name_f] pairs? (Male and female)
I really like [name_f]Isabelle[/name_f] nickname [name_f]Belle[/name_f] for a girl werewolf.
What about
[name_m]Braxton[/name_m]
[name_u]Mason[/name_u]
[name_m]Bram[/name_m]
[name_u]Cassidy[/name_u]
“Renier \r(e)-nier\ as a boy’s name has the meaning “deciding warrior” and is a variant of [name_m]Raynor[/name_m] (Old [name_m]German[/name_m]): anglicized version of [name_m]Ragnar[/name_m], an ancient personal name, and a version of [name_m]Rainer[/name_m].”
I’ve heard of the name ‘Renier’ couple of times in books and usually they have the nickname of ‘[name_u]Ren[/name_u]’. Hmm, but [name_m]Reinier[/name_m] doesn’t have a meaning on Nameberry rightttttt
I haven’t actually figured out a specific place for my story. [name_f]Do[/name_f] you think it would be advisable to pick a specific place or make up one? I’m not very familiar with places around the world so it would be really troublesome if everything had some sort of significance to the place.
I’ve never seen it without an ‘i’, though I’ve seen it spelt [name_m]Rainier[/name_m] like the [name_m]Prince[/name_m] of Monaco.
Yes, I think you should pick a place. If you’re going to make one up, give us an idea of what earth cultures would be similar to it e.g a mixture of [name_m]French[/name_m] and Egyptian.
I just want my characters to have a mix of everything. Doesn’t really matter where they’re from. These werewolves just stay in thick forests and in places with lots of nature. Any idea what country this makes you think of?
