My fiancé and I ended up trapping and deciding to keep a beautiful fluffy grey tabby maine coon mix cat. He is around 8 months old and we are really in need of a new name for him. We have been calling him Gizmo as a filler until we find something better for him. I love the name since Gremlins is my favorite childhood movie but my fiancé dislikes the nicknames Gizzy and Gizz for him, for good reason of course. But we’re stuck on a new name for him that has better, cute nicknames. We have a 6 year old tuxedo boy named Henri whom we call Beanie. We wanted a name that could go with his brother Henri. Something that has cute nicknames and sounds good with his brother’s name. My fiancé wants a name that also possibly ends in -i but it doesn’t have to really.
We already have been thinking about Benji, Kenji, Mochi, Bubba, Mordecai, Chai, Malakai/Malachi and possibly Babi but we can’t really decide and want more options.

[name_f]My[/name_f] first thought of something similar to [name_m]Gizmo[/name_m] is [name_m]Gibby[/name_m] or Gibbi / Gibi if you want an i ending name. You could do [name_m]Gibson[/name_m] or Gibbard as a full name for the nicknames and even just call him [name_m]Gib[/name_m] (or [name_f]Gabby[/name_f] since my own [name_m]Maine[/name_m] coon kitty meows a lot!)
