I’ve reacently learned that in [name_f]France[/name_f] 1st [name_f]May[/name_f] is the [name_f]May[/name_f] [name_f]Day[/name_f] (well, I prefer Polish name - Święto Konwalii - [name_f]Lily[/name_f] of [name_m]The[/name_m] Valley’s Feast).
So, what names give you vibe of those flowers?

In Polish “lily of the valley” is “konwalia” (kon - va - lya) - a pity that it’s not an actual name for girl

There’s a Romanian name that means lily of the valley! It’s Lăcrămioara - it literally means “little tears”.
I love Liliosa.
Another Lily name I can think of is Lilika.

According to Wikipedia, other names for “lily of the valley” in [name_f]English[/name_f] are Mary’s Tears and Apollinaris, so [name_f]Mary[/name_f], [name_f]Apollinaria[/name_f], [name_f]Apolline[/name_f], [name_f]Apollonia[/name_f], [name_f]Apolena[/name_f], Apoliena could work!
In Serbian and Croatian, it’s called Đurđevak or Đurđica - Đurđica itself is a name! There’s also the similar Đurđa.
