Names & Pop Culture

I’m in the beginnings of writing a medieval fantasy, in which a set of twins brothers, who are knights, have to safely escort the two princes from their civil war torn kingdom, but I have a few issues.

The knights are named Invictus and Severus Ironheart. They have a younger sister named Avarice, and their father is Emeric Ironheart. I need a name for their mother. Fit for a noble woman.

The princes are Victarion and Astarion Starborn. Their father is the king, and I need a name for both him, and the queen.

Next, I wonder if a few names I’ve chosen are too tied to already existing pop culture icons. Primarily, Severus, could anyone put the image of Severus Snape out of their minds long enough to get to know my character? Same with the vampire character Astarion, from Baulder’s Gate 3.

Lastly, I plan to later incorporate a lady knight, but I have no idea how. Should she be hunting them down? Is it to help them? To turn them in? How should she be incorporated? Secondarily, what should her name be? I considered Viatrix, but it felt very modern, and edgy. Plus, next to Severus, I’m afraid it might remind people of Bellatrix Lestrange, and again, conjure up the idea of Harry Potter.

Edit: Upon further thought, I think this lady night will be the daughter of nobles in the kings court, who runs away to become a knight. Then, she hunts the main characters down to help them, because when she was younger, she was friends with Avarice. So I no longer need help with her introduction, but I still need a name for her.

Please answer kindly. Thanks in advance.

These are mostly Ancient Greek names which seem to fit your vibe! If you don’t like any id suggest googling some more as there’s such a wide variety that sound very mystical! These are just the few that caught my eye personally

I’m painfully picky about names, and the internet rarely has the same definition of rare as I do, but I will definitely continue to search on my own.

[name_f]Eulalia[/name_f] is wonderful, but it feels too frilly for Emeric’s wife, the queen, or our lady knight. Maybe the lady knights mother? Thanks!
