[name_m]Christian[/name_m] has been my favorite boy name for a long time, but I don’t think we could use it because a) we are not [name_m]Christian[/name_m] (not even a leetle) and b) it is very similar in look but not in sound to our surname, which makes things… awkward?
I really like the crispness and lightness of the name [name_m]Christian[/name_m] though, as well as its slightly European feel… any suggestions for similar names?
[name_m]Crispin[/name_m] is the obvious one - avoids the religious overtones and definitely conveys the crispness you seek. It’s a traditional English name
[name_m]Christoph[/name_m] feels more subtle than [name_m]Christian[/name_m].
