[name_f]My[/name_f] first idea was a patron saint of travel–I couldn’t think of a name meaning travel/adventure straightaway, but there seems to be a patron saint of everything. (I don’t mean that facetiously–I’m not Catholic, but it does seem like there is a saint for everything! [name_m]Even[/name_m] though I don’t take personal meaning with it, I find the saints’ stories inspiring.) One of the patron saints of travel is [name_f]Brigid[/name_f], which is a pretty cool name (and [name_f]Bridie[/name_f] is an adorable nn!). St. [name_m]Christopher[/name_m] is another patron saint of travel, so I think any feminine form of that would work, too. Otherwise, I really don’t have any other ideas, except for maybe a place name where you love to travel? There are some pretty usable ones…

[name_f]EDIT[/name_f]: I forgot you only wanted girls’ names. Sorry!
If you are into word names, there’s always [name_f]Journey[/name_f]!

[name_f]Arcadia[/name_f]- can be translated to mean ‘adventurer’. Originates from arktos, the Latin name for ‘bear’.
[name_f]Fernanda[/name_f]- female form of [name_m]Ferdinand[/name_m]. Comes from faroi (brave) and nano (daring). Nameberry says it means ‘bold voyager’.
[name_f]Bernadette[/name_f]- feminine form of [name_m]Bernard[/name_m]. Comes from bern (bear) and hard (brave, hardy).
[name_u]Everett[/name_u]- means ‘brave boar’
[name_f]Kinga[/name_f]- Nameberry says it means ‘brave’ (but Nameberry isn’t always right)
[name_f]Rita[/name_f]- means ‘brave, strong’
[name_u]Wendell[/name_u]- means ‘to travel’
Following the PP’s trail, Bona is another patron saint of travel.
I just thought of place names. Pick a place name of an area far away from where you live.
I am looking for a traveler name as well. Most of the names I have found would be best for a middle name depending on how adventurous you are.
