I also love the name Sunny although I feel like it’s more of a nn and would be nice to have a full name for it. I think if you really like the name and will only call them by the nn sunny then i think Sunny as there real name is fine. Most names that you can have the nn Sunny I’m not rly a fan of but here are some suggestions:
Sunday- I have been liking this one the most recently
Sunshine- quite sweet not so professional but I can imagine a little girl with it
Summer- think this is quite cute with the nn sunny
Suniva/Sunniva- don’t love it but is quite cute and still an options
Soleil- nice although others might just call them Sol/Sollie not Sunny but if you don’t mind its quite cute
Emerson - can use for either gender
(any name ending in ‘son’ could work eg madison or Allison)
Marisol- like Emerson it can be linked to sunny but its so direct like Suniva
Sonnet- not sure if it would work so well but still another option
Savannah- I know someone who went by sunny doesn’t link directly though but I think its a nice name
