I was just wondering if there are any names which you’ve heard of but never hear people talk about either on here or in real life. They don’t have to be unusual or rare. For example, [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f] is a fairly well established name but I never hear it get mentioned. Maybe that’s just me.
What are yours?
I’ve said this before but I never hear [name_f]Odette[/name_f], irl or on nameberry, which continues to surprise me. It has all the right ingredients to be at the forefront for trendy name enthusiasts, but somehow still manages to completely fly under the radar.
Magdalena, it fits in Nameberry trends but not mentioned very often.
Magdalena is completely gorgeous!
Dylan.

Rosalita is a rose variation which seems to go under the radar, at least in English speaking countries.
Muriel - dated or vintage, it isn’t making a comeback or being talked of as ripe for one yet, that I’m aware of.
Betrys - a variation of Beatrice who gets some love when we are reminded of her, but she seems to be easily forgotten again.
Elestren - such an elegant flower name, with sound similarity to Elowen but she remains underground in use and forums!

I LOVE [name_f]Odette[/name_f]!
I love [name_f]Behati[/name_f], for another overlooked [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] variant. It’s gorgeous and has a glamorous celebrity namesake (Prinsloo) but somehow I still never see it mentioned.
For a boy, [name_m]Finlo[/name_m]. All the other [name_m]Fin[/name_m] names get a mention, even rare ones like [name_m]Finbar[/name_m] and [name_m]Finnian[/name_m], and [name_m]Finlo[/name_m] also has that cool O ending to recommend it.
@sweetcaroline never heard [name_f]Lowenna[/name_f] before that is a stunner! And I love [name_f]Carys[/name_f].
@EdgeOfTheMeadow [name_f]Rosalita[/name_f] and [name_f]Elestren[/name_f] are fabulous!!
I agree that [name_f]Odette[/name_f] is so underrated

There are so many
I looked up a video of [name_f]Behati[/name_f] Prinsloo saying her name - it’s stunning (when you know how to PN it)!
Thank you for mentioning [name_m]Finlo[/name_m]. I feel like I bang on about this name all the time! It has emboldened me to add the Arl names I love…
[name_m]Arlin[/name_m]
[name_u]Arlen[/name_u]
[name_u]Arley[/name_u]
[name_m]Arledge[/name_m]
You’ve reminded me of [name_m]Auley[/name_m]/Aulay. How gorgeous is [name_m]Aulay[/name_m]?
I rarely see [name_f]Candace[/name_f] / [name_f]Candice[/name_f] mentioned on Nameberry, despite it being an established name with some celebrity bearers.
Luana too. [name_f]Luna[/name_f] is extremely popular, but [name_f]Luana[/name_f] seems to be completely under the radar on Nameberry, despite being popular in some countries like Switzerland.
I’d love [name_f]Madelief[/name_f] to make a bit of a come back in terms of Nameberry popularity, it was suggested quite a bit some years ago but now I feel like I am one of the few people still loving it.
Also in terms of Cornish names… [name_f]Bryluen[/name_f], I mean from the region that gave us [name_f]Elowen[/name_f], can we give this one some love. Yes it’s slightly over-the-counter medicine sounding, but it’s still lovely.
I’d like to second [name_f]Oriana[/name_f], [name_f]Tirzah[/name_f], [name_f]Cariad[/name_f] and Feia
Probably [name_m]Miro[/name_m]! I never hear it mentioned on here or in everyday life!
I’m still a fully paid-up member of the MAS ([name_f]Madelief[/name_f] Appreciation Society)
That is good to hear, your continued membership is greatly appreciated. Unfortunately this year we couldn’t host our annual [name_u]Christmas[/name_u] party for, well, reasons, but I suppose we’re more of a spring people, in this regard anyway.
